Tim Healey returns to DJ Dan’s InStereo imprint with an absolute monster. After the success of “Turn Me On” which was co-produced with Richard Kegg, Tim now jumps into the studio with producer Marc Adamo to deliver his follow up record “Ghetto Blaster”. Already receiving great reviews from some of the world’s leading dj’s, radio stations, and record labels. With early support from the likes of Meat Katie, Bassnectar, Tommie Sunshine, Tronik Youth, Paul Hartnoll (Orbital), Peter Hook (New Order), Tomcraft, and Krafty Kuts.
Ghetto Blaster is a bass heavy, peak hour, alternative house track that is quickly finding it’s way into dj’s playlists and rocking dancefloors across the world. With stunning remixes by Hatiras and Calvertron there’s something in this package for everyone. Hatiras flips the script and puts his own distinct signature twist on the track, giving it a darker and deeper electro vibe. Calvertron adds a stompin electro house beat that pulses through the speakers with a naughty bassline. The remixes are a must hear!
Tim Healey turned house-music on its head in 2006 with the Coburn single ‘We Interrupt This Program’ (Data), proclaimed as ‘the coolest and strangest record this summer’ by Music Week: The track went on to score a Citroen advert, feature in HBO TV series ‘Heroes’ and became a club anthem in its own right. Since then Tim’s been kept busy both constantly touring and in his studio on a number of projects and collaborations with artists like Steve Mac, TC, Atomic Hooligan, Dylan Rhymes and Pablo Decoder of The Death Kit.
