We have just announced our Christmas show at the Showbox Market on Friday December 18th and we are very Excited for this event.

The Lineup wil be:

The Classic Crime
Daphne Loves Derby
Monetta
Endeverance
and
Katie Lovie and the Verdict

Only 10 bucks gets you inside ( 30 dollars cheaper than most radio christmas shos)

Bands will be performing Christmas covers and we intend on playing a couple new songs from our brand new record that should be out Spring 2010. We are very happy with the new record and cant wait to give our loyal seattle fans a sneak preview. Should be a great show and we hope to see everyone there.

Hello friendliest people in the world!

We are officially done mixing our new record, and you can expect it to hit shelves Spring 2010... maybe early April... I don't want to speak too soon. We are EXCITED about it! We love the new songs and we know you will too.

Recently the band took a trip to Haiti. We had an amazing time, if you want to learn a little more you can read my blog about the trip at: http://jetcityfilter.blogspot.com/

Also I just recently found out that you can become our fans on Facebook by texting "fan theclassiccrime" to FBOOK (32665) from your mobile phone. 


If anyone lives in the Northwest, or wants to make a trip out Friday,  December 18th, we will be playing "A Classic Christmas" show at the Showbox in Seattle. We will be introducing a few new songs, and maybe play a Christmas song, we'll see. It's only $10 to get in, so do some research and get those tickets!

Hello Everyone,

We are currently back in the studio on the beach in Virginia recording our third full length album with producer Michael "Elvis" Baskette who also produced "Albatross" and "The Silver Cord." The recording is coming along absolutely fantastic and we cant wait for you all to hear it. The magic just happens at this place and the way its turning out so far we hope this becomes our best record to date. Here's a little sample of what's been happening and be sure to check back in the days and weeks ahead for more video updates. Thanks so much for all of the support over the years and keep an eye out for the new CD in stores sometime in early 2010.

Hey Ya'll!

Check out the fall line of Crime Re-Design, 10 completely unique, hand-crafted shirts made for girls. Sorry no guys shirts at the moment, but you can buy one for your sister or girlfriend. Hours have been spent to make each design unique, no two designs are alike.

Hello family, in a few weeks we will be once again entering the studio to record another collection of songs. We are very excited for new material and for what the future holds for The Classic Crime. We've had a ton of people message us who cannot make it to the show, but would like to make a donation to the trip. The money that is donated will go to travel expenses, and anything left over we plan to purchase food and supplies for the orphanage, school, and church we will be visiting.
