Well then i have some answers for you.

Ordering the CD-By next week our myspace will be getting a facelift, included in this will be a new webstore, so not only will you be able to order our cd and recieve it in a matter of days, we will have some shirts and other cool stuff availible as well.  This webstore will be the only way to get our cd until we have legit distribution.


Digital Copies-Later today i will be going to the pressing company to complete the paper work for itunes and all the other internet music retailers.  They have told me that it usually takes about a week for everything to get registered.  So basically we want to thank everyone for their continued paitience.  We will be making an obscene amount of announcements when the album is up. 

Thanks to everyone who attended our cd release show last week at mohawk place, it meant alot to see all our friends supporting us like that, so from everyone in the band thank you.

Lastly i have a request to everyone else,  would you like us to play a show in your town???  well post comments on where you would like us to play.  We will be playing a lot more shows and while we have some places in mind we want to know where you guys want us to play so comment away and hopefully we can make it happen!

(here is round two of me trying to post a studio update)

We have been recording up at the music lab on and off for almost two weeks now, and i'd say we're around %70 done.  All we have left are: acoustic guitars, piano, organ, mandolin, lap steel, percussion, and vocals.  so far everything is sounding great, and rich has been amazing as is his new studio.  To have the freedom to do whatever we want on a very small budget is just ridiculous.  Today sucks though cause i was supposed to go record acoustic guitars and finish a song who's working title has been "punx as fucks".  but long story short i sliced my left index finger practically down to the bone last night with a carving knife...so once again i would like to thank kharma for its impecable timing haha.

I just posted a bulletin for this but we are in dire need of live photos.  so if anyone has any pictures of us playing a show please do contact us and we will be forever in your debt...or we will buy you a beer or something.  but send us a message if you have any, thank you.

Also follow us on twitter ray has been consistently keeping up on it and its a much easier way to see where were at in the studio and whatever else.

Lastly, our record will "drop"(as the kids say)  Tuesday June 16 2009.  We are self releasing it so if you cant make it to our record release show in buffalo on the 20th, here are you options: we will have an online merch store set up if you would like to have a physical copy of it, it will also be availible online at all the major digital retailers(ie itunes etc).  other than that just come to our shows and we would be glad to sell you one.  speaking of that expect a plethora of shows to follow the release of the album.  thanks for reading, cant wait for everyone to hear this record!!!

so here's what's new with us, earlier this week corey informed us that he wasnt into being a part of the band anymore. so we say best of luck to him and all his endeavors and all are still friends, no drama or any of that nonsense.

which brings me to what is happening with the rest of us, we are still a band Zak is stepping up and playing lead guitar now, and for the time being ill be handling guitar and vocals unless we find someone else that fits with us and shreds. so shows wont be happening for a while as we have to rework around 12 or 13 songs. but in the time off we will be recording a full length, that we will be self releasing over the summer, and if all goes as planned it should be up on itunes and all the other internet music sites, as well as some stores hopefully.

so thats that, we should have a lock on the studio in the next few days and i'm excited as hell to get in there and record the new songs we have. after that who knows hopefully some touring. thanks for still caring to read these and come to our myspace, see you soon.

So its been a few months since we have communicated with anyone on here really, so our apologies for not updating anyone with our status.  Things are going pretty well right now.  We might have some exciting news in the coming months, we are saving up for a Shuttle Bus so we can tour consistantly(bout halfway there), and have just been writing songs and playing shows in buffalo. 

Our new songs are coming out great, i think with our current line up we are not afraid to try different things or pidgeon hole ourselves with anything so its cool.  these new songs i believe to be much better than anything we have done in my opinion.  we have an entire records worth of material and then some, so hopefully that will come out at some point.  Next week we're going to demo a few of them, we're recording them live for our own purposes so these wont be posted, but im stoked to have some physical music.  its always fun hearing things on record for the first time.  im going to try and get a video camera or something so we can try and do some video updates of some nature, so look out for that.

This isnt really going to go anywhere, just wanted everyone to know we're not dead, and are actually being relatively productive.  things to expect:  new merch, merch store, new myspace layout, MORE SHOWS Namely a short tour has been discussed w/ our friends from here Finale, ft. keith from etid. which should be a good time, and some more frequent updates as things happen.

speaking of our little tour check out the dates, you will notice that two of them we dont have shows,  if you know of any diy venues, basements, house parties, anything that we can play on those days that arent super out of the way for us. please do send us a message and help us out.  gas is $4.30 a gallon and we are paying for this out of our own pockets thusly we need to play as many shows as possible, so we can see all your lovely faces.

other than that we have some buffalo "gigs" after this lil tour that should be fun.  but for the most part we will be writing new songs(you will hear some of the new ones if you come to our shows) and working on getting someone to put out said songs so we can see you all much much more .  thanks for reading.  see you all real soon. xoxo
