Some Wonderful Noise, Episode 9. Get it while it's good, which is any time. SWN9 stayed up all night and wouldn't mind a glass of water, thanks.

As a music-obsessive, one of my favorite things to do is put mixes together, and I do so on the order of several a week. I decided at the beginning of the year to start sharing some of my mixes. Some Wonderful Noise was born, and after a five-month vacation, I'm back on the wagon.

I just finished Episode 7 today, and you can check out the tracklist and download the mix and listen to it (preferably while taking a night-walk, as it really fits) by clicking the artwork below:


All of the previous episodes are up for your perusal, too. (I'd recommend skipping Episodes 2 and 3 because that's when I played with commentating the mixes. Luckily that exercise in awkward laptop-microphoneship only lasted a total of one-hundred and five minutes and forty-three seconds and we'd both be better off if you just ignored them entirely.)

Since we spoke last I've been back home to Cape Cod for a few days, up to New Hampshire again for a few days of rural tomfoolery with friends, and two days ago to New York City. I've just finished sorting through photos from New Hampshire, so if you're following along at home, please indulge, as I clearly have:

I'm on Cape Cod right now. Just got back from New Hampshire. I'm going to New York City on Wednesday. So far: hiking, shearing alpacas, reading, naps, stars, a fox walking through the yard at dinner, and I think bears or something in the woods at night.
