Hello everyone, it has been quite some time since you have heard from us. But we thought we would just post a blog to let you know what we are doing and what we are pursuing in life at this moment in time.

Joshua Paul has started a new band in his new home town of Costa Mesa, California by the name of "A Sky Harbor". He has been on the tour as a roadie for the amazing Confide and now he is going to continue pursuing his dream with music and is working full time with his Graphic Design company Devotion Designs.

Alex Balash has started a new band based out of the Plano, Texas area by the name of  American Mantra. Right now he makes sweet trophies and amazing guitar riffs.

Aaron Harris is ALWAYS writing sweet angelic music with his acoustic guitar so check out his myspace and im sure he will be posting songs in the near future. Besides that i know he is planning on being a worship leader of some sort so keep him in your prayers that is happens soon!

Josh Eaton is working on a project with his best of friends, Paul and Aaron from his last band Astoria Arms, so keep your eyes on his space to see what amazing music will come out of this project.

Junior Hernandez is going to school full time for Film at the Art Institute of Dallas right now and working at the Apple Store in the Northpark mall, so come say hi! And besides that if you wanna come get beat in basketball come around my hood cuz i play all day errday! Oh yeah and i'm not really pursuing music at all right now but i still love it muncho! So, where to begin.......
Just to be as straight forwatd as possible. With recent events, we as a band have decided to "call it a day". Unfortunatley, with circumstances out of our control we feel as if we have been forced to make a decision, in which results in us as a band parting ways. It has been an amazing past few years, but with all good things comes an end. So, with that said we have already begun moving in new directions as individuals. We want to thank evey last person that ever supported/believed in In Fair Verona. IFV, would also hope that you guys would keep your eyes open for possible new projects with certain IFV members. This has been the most difficult decision any of us have ever made by far, but we feel as if it was the right one. So thank you again  for everything over the years! We all hope you have the best day!

Stay tuned for discounted IFV MERCH AND GEAR FOR SALE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks & God Bless!!!!!

Due to recent events, In Fair Verona has had to deliberate the decision of continuing this summer's tour and the final conclusion as of this moment has been decided to drop off approximately the next 19 days, predominately east coast dates, and head back home to Dallas/Fort Worth, TX to spend some time mapping out In Fair Verona's future with our recent signing to Standby/Victory as well as acquire a small dose of home time writing for our debut full-length being recorded this September.

Even though In Fair Verona is dropping off this hand full of dates, Abandon Kansas and, soon to be, I Am Terrified will be continuing the following dates and their is no reason why you still shouldn't attend their shows and support them, as they are on tour and both are phenomenal bands that still need the support that you would give us, if we were continuing the upcoming dates.

On the bright side of things, we will still be playing the upcoming Dallas show on Saturday, July 26th at The Door Dallas as well as the Fort Worth show on Sunday, July 27th at The Ridglea Theatre and at that time we should be prepared to continue the final legs of the summer tour heading up to Tomfest in Washington as well as the following West Coast dates heading back home through August.

We greatly apologize to all fans, friends, promoters, venues, churches, and fellow touring bands for the immediate drop of dates on our behalf. We promise and guarantee that this decision was not an easy one, but it will provide a much healthier and stronger outcome for us as a band in the long run.

We love you all so much and thank you for the continuous support of us as a band and as individuals.

God Bless,

In Fair Verona

July 15th, 2008

Cleveland, OH .. Today, Standby Records (www.standbyrecords.net) announced news for their latest signing of IN FAIR VERONA (www.myspace.com/infairveronarock):

In Fair Verona, have accepted an offer from Standby Records and signed their contract this morning. "We truly felt comfortable and 'at home' with Standby Records", said frontman Junior Hernandez, "We are completely excited to be on board with such a great team of people".

Standby owner Neil Sheehan contacted the band via Myspace and after lengthy talks the label offered them a recording contract. Label owner Neil Sheehan says of the band, "We couldn't be happier bringing to our roster a band like In Fair Verona who carries with them such a positive influence". He added, "We truly believe that they will be a band that has career longevity. Standby isn't about signing what is 'hot' this week, we want to sign what will be 'great' for years to come. I personally believe IN FAIR VERONA has that potential."

This five-piece Christian Post Hardcore band based in Fort Worth, Texas has been around for 4 years but it wasn't until about 2 years ago that they finally found the perfect fit to their sound. Since then the band have released two self-produced EPs and completed a number of west coast and southern state tours. "Through our passion for music and faith our fan base continues to grow each and every day", said Junior. "Live performance is what we thrive on", he added.

All five members of the band consider Fort Worth their hometown and without the support of their hometown friends and fans, the band might not have become who they are today. According to singer Junior Hernandez, "Our fans are the greatest people in the world and how open they are about how our music has helped them in personal struggles or just enjoying our music is what keeps us going and knowing that we are doing exactly what we were meant to do".

Of music in general Sheehan says, "We aren't always out there searching for completely original artists or the next big thing. Rather, we seek out the ones that carry a positive message. It's what is most important to us as a label. We will always carry that connection with our bands. We can stand behind them and they with us. Standby is always cognizant that our bands directly reflect us as a company; they are the ones out there everyday with our name on their backs and we have to trust them."

Standby will release IN FAIR VERONA's debut album in late 2008.

IN FAIR VERONA are: Aaron Harris (Bass/Vocals), Joshua Paul (Drums), Josh Eaton (Guitar), Alex Balash (Guitar), and Junior Hernandez (Vocals)

Standby Records (www.standbyrecords.net) is an independent record label with offices in Los Angeles California and Cleveland Ohio. Standby Records is nationally distributed through Victory Distribution.

welp, we just thought we'd hit you up with a new blog
this time... with MANY more pics & just some more random crazy stuff you would NEVER expect to see haha! so get ready for the awesomeness!
and again...please pardon all of my ridiculous spelling errors that are more then likely about to come up! :)

thursday, january 31st

well... we start the morning off at my apt.
aaron had just stayed the night & we were just getting ready for the day ahead of us!

after gettin pretty (aka straightening hair, brushin the teethers, puttin on some deoderant and sprayin some smell good cologne) we get in aaron's car and head to josh's apt.

once we get to josh's apt. alex meets up with us as well and we are all ready for our awesome adventure ahead. (junior doesnt come into the story til friday cause he had work....LAME)

so...we all pile into josh's car and start our trip down to waco!

we googley eyed a small lil waterpark...that none of us still know the name of...but come summer time....we'll be tearin that up!

not far into the trip....mr. balash fell asleep
(p.s. that big box is aaron's new bass. so come to a show and check it out)

finally we arrived at our first destination.
we went to Art Ambush for Alex to get some new ink done and josh to start drawin up his new tattoo

aaron was very much enjoying those late but great little wrist slapper thingy ma-bobbers

alex and josh just checkin out some sweet stuff @ Art Ambush

then we all got ready to spectate alex getting his new tattoo

alex gets ready by doing arm curls and showin off his guns..haha

then lindsey get's to work!

here's the finished product (not the greatest picture ever...so come to a show and check it out in person) & (p.s. if you don't know what this tattoo is....then....ask alex and he'll tell ya. *hint......it's a band's album art)

then josh and lindsey start drawing up his new tattoo....it's super tight. but you don't get to know what it is! :P

after that. i meet up with a friend that goes to baylor and go to common grounds coffee house and enjoy a glass of jobe and some live music from.... ethan durelle i believe his name was! haha! but he was good! then i meet back up with the duders @ starbucks and then we all head to josh's parents house (they live in temple) and we crash out because it's fricken late and we're all beat from the drive and the long day @ Art Ambush!

friday, february 1st

the morning arrives and we want to start our day off with some sweet grub! but we first go to walmart. i dont even remember what we were doing there. i dont even think we got anything?! haha i dont remember! but whatev! we had fun walkin around and checkin out some sweet hannah montana posters!

then we hold a democratic vote and we decide to go to the amazing Cici's!
this is when the chowin starts! plate after plate after plate

after cici's we head to lowe's to purchase some new stuff for our merch set up :))

then..... we all get a little rumbly bumbly in our tummies...and the cici's went right through us...so, we gotta go do the deed

hahahahaha! wow...that just happened. haha!
anyways....getting back on subject...haha!
after lowes we run a couple more arrands and then to The Winter Meltdown hosted by Art Ambush @ Victorious Life Church.

here's a lil shot of the new merch layout!

gettin ready for the show... we got all of the guitars and basses ready for work!

it was a really dope show FO SHO! this is maybe half (of the amount of kids that were there) of the kids in the merch/b-ball hoop/ping pong/foosball room

hopefully we will be having some live photos from the show put up soon. so keep your eyes peeled for those!

here's one pic i was sent of me and a girl after the show!

saturday, february 2nd

so....on the way home to dallas from waco later in the night, we blew a tire on our trailer @ about.... 1am and we just happened to NOT have a spare right now for the trailer. AWESOME! so, we call i say 5-6 companies including (wal-mart, discount tire, 24 hour tire services and etc.) and NO ONE is open and/or helps. not even the supposed 24 hour service...they were false advertising becuase they did not come help us! grrr to them!
so.... we manned it out and slept in the van on the side of the freeway until 7-ish am(p.s. NOT SAFE or SMART...but we couldnt leave our trailer with about $10,000+ of equipment and merch)
so, then we finally get in contact with the NOT 24hr service place and they come help us out and despite the FALSE advertising...we were super thankful for there help!..

so..now we are finally on our way home and we all got lil to NO sleep and it was uncomfortable and cold..but we're real men :D (except annie was with us...and she's not a man haha)

so..the drive back was extremely boring....

me and alex chilled in the back listenin to our iPod's while aaron slept haha! (love you brother)

if you can't see this below....i was jammin to some george strait! oh yeah. i was. and dont even think about hatin! :P

so....tonight's show was in dallas @ The Max for a benefit concert for the organization To Write Love On Her Arms. it was our first time playin there and we will FO SHO be goin back. it was super legit!

so, we got there @ about..... 3:30 and we didnt play until 10:45pm so...me and alex went on an adventure to CHIPOTLE!

we had NO idea where we were OR where a chipotle even was...so we asked about... a bajillion other drivers. some people wouldnt roll down there window for us... i guess we were to goofy lookin for em haha!

so the show was dope! here's a sweet pic of the new merch layout! :)

again....hopefully we will be puttin up some live shots soon from the show! :)

sunday, february 3rd (SUPERBOWL SUNDAY)

so, today we have a superbowl bash @ a church out in madisonville.
the drive was just like any other drive across texas...long and boring.
so, we did the usual..... SLEPT!

so, last night we got a flat on our left trailer tire. today we had a BLOW OUT on our right trailer tire. fricken awesomeness!
so we spent some time changin that (this time we had a spare. YAY!)

p.s. while we were changing the tire...alex was playing with a whole mess load of the rollie pollie bugs and a HUGE ant pile haha!

this is the exact opposite of what our tire should look like! :O

so...once we got back on the road...aaron hit the napping again haha. (love you again brother) im not exactly sure what kind of sleeping position this is haha! ;)

again...it was a pretty plain boring drive....

BUT.... wow. God seriously blessesd us with the most amazing day and weather!

so, we got to the church a lil late..but they were so ridiculously nice and so generous and so helping to us.
before we played they had a short lil sermon and it was AMAZING. i wish i could type the whole sermon... but WOW it was so good! so thank you all for that!

ya know... it wasn't the biggest show ever, but wow were those kids amazing. they were so appreciative of us and it was seriously one of the funnest shows we've all played in a while. the kids were so into it and just havin a blast!

thanks ya'll so much for an amazing time.

and YESSSS the fricken giants won. yeah....it wasn't the cowboys :( but wooo hooooo we were all so stoked the underdogs won the game against the NOT undefeated anymore team the patriots. (except aaron was pissed haha! he talked all week about how the patriots were gonna win! and when they LOST he had the most bummed face ever it was soo fricken funny! junior was runnin around screamin. hahahahaha!)

well...that's about it for this blog.

for those of you that don't know....we're officially a full-time touring band. we all quit our jobs and we are doing the band full-time. so, we're gonna be on the road ALOT the next few years so PLEASEEEE keep posted to our myspace and see if we are comin to your city anytime soon!

ALSO...

make sure to go check out our BRAND SPANKIN NEW ONLINE MERCH STORE!

Monday, November 05, 2007
the past two weekends have been really fun!
we've played in Denton at Southmont Baptist Church w/ our friends in Tuesday Agression and in Plano at Theater 7 w/ Confide, Greeley Estates, Farewell, FTSK & more

October 27th in Denton was a fun show

the day started off with junior and i (jp) leavin our apts and headin up to mckinney to pick up our equipment

once we got to the practice space we met up with the other duders and loaded up our trailer. we also got to see josh impersonating a cowboy

on the way to the show, we learned that junior knows how to mulit-task (dont worry we were stopped at a light haha)

then it was a lil drive on the way to Southmont Baptist Church (Man"Merch"Deep didnt make this show and our buddy Steven tagged along for the trip)

a couple pics from the show

November 2nd in Plano was AWESOMENESS!

Our boys in Confide just got signed to Science Records and there first tour is with Greeley Estates and Farewell. And the tour kick-offf show just happens to be in Plano, TX
so our buddies drove up a day early and stayed with junior and I (jp) at our apts in dallas for a couple nights and we had SOOOO much fun!
after the first night of fun i woke up early with the cnfide dudes and we went and an some arrands to get some set-up materials for there merch table
jeff was very very tired

the other boys fnally got ready and met us down at the van and trailer so we could load up and get those arrands done!

our first stop was office depot (we ended up getting nothing from there awesome haha)

our second stop was HOME DEPOT ross was takin a lil nap on the way

at the show josheaton serenated alex with his lovely acoustic skills as aaron watched

confide was fricken amazing

a live pic of us (our new default)

be sure to check out Confide on there current tou when they are in your city

Current mood:  accomplished

well, first off i just wrote a whole blog and it looked pretty decent and i previewed it and i wanted to make one change, so i pushed back....BAD IDEA! it all erased... SUPER LAME!

anyways, i guess to try to interact more with some friends and fans of the band i decided to possibly start posting some blogs now and then just to let ya'll know what's going on and maybe throw in a couple fun pictures.

so, please dont criticize me and my non evident "blogging" knowledge or the lack of better spelling that will probably become apparent very soon. anyways...

so recently, we headed out to Witchita Falls, TX and played at The Paradigm on Friday, October 5th. and it was for sure a fun show. so thanks to all of you that helped put on the show, or attended it!

so, this blog is more gonna be based on what goes on in the van on the way to anygiven show!

to start the evening off (we're already running a little late) i walk out of kate's house after eating a sweet sandwich that ms. reagon made for me (we practice in a sweet barn on there property. thanks reagon family) so, i walk out of kate's house and am walking to load in to the van and i see this written on the side of our van (thanks to mr. josh eaton)

haha thanks j-eaton! real cool! (but i will admit, it was pretty funny to see people's reactions when they read that on the side of a van filled with dudes haha!

anyways....
sometimes while on the road it gets pretty boring because the great state of texas sometimes shows absolutely no sign of life, but a nice sunset is fun to look at for a little bit

so while in the van, we usually do one of two things...
we either listen to some swee jams and j-eaton shows us his air guitar skills..

or....we are all knocked out and sleeping like sweet little babies!

so, thats an average trip in the van with the boys!
next blog i promise will be a little more entertaining for you people!
thanks for listening to our music and taking time to read this!
God Bless You All,
-jp and ifv
