Thinking thinking thinking... then more and more thinking... can't seem to focus these days.  It's the thinking that keeps me from moving - from action.  Spending way too much time thinking, wondering, worrying about myself and others.

I am longing for stillness.  Longing for quiet, meditative time.  That time has presented itself in a warm and inviting way.

Taking a little break from all social networks. Yesterday I deactivated my
Facebook account.  It seems like I spend way too much time absorbed in the nitty gritty details many friends, family, and loved ones.  I will return to Facebook and Myspace after a long awaited need for going within. The goal is to unplug from distractions so I may reconnect with my inner self - my Higher Self.

The below excerpt from one of my favorite books called, "Spiritual Growth: Being Your Higher Self" by Sanaya Roman.  It captures the essence of what I am going through right now.  I hope to reconnect with you all very soon to share what I've learned.

Love, light, and joy be with you all....

Love, Galynne

Click on the link below to download our newest single, "Lovers of Wisdom." The song was recorded at DNA studios in Madison and produced by the incredibly talented Mark Whitcomb.  Vinny Bex Dae came with us to the studio to add additional guitar and bass..... Thank you Ben and Kerry!!

For those of you listening to the song for the first time, it would be wonderful to get your feedback on the song.  Sending visions of love, joy, and prosperity to all who pass by....

My ex-husband died a few weeks ago of a heart attack. Even though we were quite surprised by this sad news there were many moments we recall that seemed to unconsciously prepared us for that day. One of the most beautiful, however, was the poems he was writing before his passing.

"Whispers from God"
Keith Goodwill

Even in the deepest cries of sorroww,
come the slightest echoes of hope.

I lend my ear to the gentle wind,
listening for hope,
while i lay down in the green grass.

Each blade is a memory of you,
that keeps me from touching the earth.
This that very soil that bures our mothers and fathers before us.

It is said "Time heals all wounds" and
pain is forgotten.

But the memory of our lives
are quietly kept alive
through Whispers from God.

Talk of prosperity vs collective talk of our economic downfall....

I'd love to hear your thoughts on the subject.

I was in a wicked funk today and could not seem to pull myself out of it. Remembering the time I visited my daughter seemed to snap me right out of it. Below are my thoughts posted last Sept....

September 5, 2008 - Friday

nestled in a time-warp

It's been a few days since we've got home from our two-week holiday. Had an incredible time with family and friends. Connected with a few new friends too! Perfect in too many ways to describe. Multitudes of moments are volunteering their way out through various creative outlets.

It was like being nestled in a time-warp of unconditional love.

Even so, it's good to be home!

Anyone who's watched "What the Bleep Do We Know", remembers the "create your day" scene with Dr Joe Dispenza.

This is for all of you who were always wanting a little more on the subject :-)) From Ramtha's School of Enlightenment:

"Indeed, I have been asked to teach to you what it means to create your day. It seems that that one little teaching has become the rage. Well, it should be. It should have always been the rage. Waking up every single morning is a gift, don't you know? Life is a gift.

Create your day, what does that mean? And who is creating it? Did it ever occur to you that oftentimes you give permission for life to do to you what you complain about or are overjoyed with at the end of the day? Creating, well, creating is a privilege. It goes along with being a divine person. Divinity gets to create and that is why you want to know how to do it, because you are a divine entity."

It seems so many people I run into these days are feeling out of balance and a little depressed. Most of them looking for ways to slap a diagnosis on their angst and ignoring the fact they're longing for something better.

Is it possible it's not depression, bipolar or adhd at all? It's more probable that our world is going through a major shift in energy and evolution?

Is is possible that instead of clinging so tightly to old energy and low vibrations we grab on to the new energy that's resonating with love and light? The old ways of the world are not working for us any more. It's why we feel restless and frustrated.

I can't stop thinking we are too quick to medicate. If you change the "c" to a "t" in medicate, what do you get?

wow, I think we're on to something??

Wow, it's a great feeling these days. To be with great friends; perfect moments; and enlightened conversations. I feel such good energy rising in the air - and I'm pretty sure others feeling the same way.

It's auspicious in every way.
What more can I say?

Damn.

This is a repost from a very wonderful man named Lou Tice - he's one of my
favorite speakers and presenters. Today's post is on Visualization. Hope you enjoy!!!

Winner's Circle Network with Lou Tice - 10/6/08 - "Visualization"

With the flurry of reports surrounding the recent financial news, here in
the U.S. and around the world, I find myself a little frustrated with those
bent ..ing a picture of doom and gloom, intent on using words such as,
"crisis," "depression," and "imminent collapse," etc. Knowing that humans
move toward and become like what we think about, we need to find positive
solutions to think about, or we will be in a crisis far worse than
financial.

I'm not the only concerned citizen, as evidenced by this email I received
the other day:

"I just thought of your visualization techniques when I read in the NY Times
that Mr. Bernanke was studying the Great Depression for years, getting ready
to face the next one. And, in a span of decades, this historic crisis came
out precisely when he was in charge of the Federal Reserve. It's an ironic
way to understand that everyone gets what he/she really wants...Mr. Bernanke
did. I'm sure he did not want a great depression; but to be prepared and
with some power to avert it or be able to fix it when it would come, it
seems that he got it. I expect his visualization of the solution will find
its way through...

Human beings are picture-driven. For example, if you read these words -
"fiery orange sunset" - they are triggering an immediate picture in your
brain, and I'll bet I've just triggered thousands of enjoyable emotions,
too. If these three words are so powerful, you can imagine what is happening
to you as you read and hear hundreds, if not thousands, of words describing
a bleak future, ".if no action is taken."

As I write this, the U.S. Congress is debating and voting on a second
"bail-out" plan for Wall Street. By the time you read this, some short-term
plan will be in place. What is needed, however, is a strong, positive,
long-term vision for the world's economic future. We need positive pictures
to move toward.

The good news is that you don't need to wait for some government body to
"fix" the future. You can start yourself, today. Take stock of where you
are, and then decide where you want to be in one year, five years, ten
years. Get a good picture of what life will look like. See it as clearly as
if it is happening today. Write it down; draw it; take a picture of it, if
you want! Make it the "default drive" in your subconscious, and you will
move toward it, reacting in a positive way, no matter what might be thrown
at you from the outside.

Take accountability for your own future; don't wait for someone else to do
it for you.
