Hey everyone. So today I made some white cheese macaroni for the first time. (yes I know it's been around for a while but I'm a bit of a traditionalist when it comes to macaroni) Anyway, I'm pretty sure I like it better than the original cheddar flavored macaroni. I'm not going to make a rushed decision here though, so I thought I would put it to you guys and see what everyone else thinks. Which is better? White cheese macaroni or original cheddar? Let me know what you think. Also keep an eye out for my new band, "Dante and the Hawks." We'll be at Ida Red on April 2nd for everyone living in the Tulsa area. Hit me up and let me know what you think. Cheers, Dante

I know that if I blog about the best chai tea in town, then that kind makes me a yuppie... of sorts. Screw it. I don't care if people think I'm a yuppie. I don't have any money, so that negates any yuppie-esc qualities I may have.
This is the best damn chai tea in town. I'm not sure if this is just a local chain or if there are others nation wide, but Camille's in Tulsa serves up a pretty stinkin good chai tea.
At $3.35 a cup, I was skeptical at first, but that didn't last long. After my first sip, I was sold. That was exactly $3.35 of chai tea! Maybe more. Well round tone, with a strong chai spice. Strong enough to cut through the froth... but not too strong. All around, I'd say it's a winner. If you're in Tulsa and you get a hankerin for some good chai tea... check out Camille's. Great chai tea, at a fair price. You won't be disappointed.
Anybody else out there have a local favorite for drinks or food? Let me know what you think.
Hit me up. Dante

I was running out at the Lake this weekend and I found a Huskie puppy. She looked like a wolf running in the woods, but she ran right up to me and never left my side.
We looked around everywhere and tried to find the owner, but found nothing. I left my contact stuff with the ranger, incase someone asked about her, but that's about all I could think to do.
Now she's at my parents house. Mom will take care of her for a few days and hopefully someone will claim her. For some reason she reminded me of my old dog I had when I was a kid, "Abbie."
I just couldn't leave her out in the woods. She was clean and seemed to be well cared for. She even knew how to sit and stay. I just can't believe someone would be so lazy and mean as to just dump her out there. At least take her to the pound or something. Lie and say you found her in the park, but don't just abandon her in the woods.
Arrggghhh! People make me mad sometimes. Anyway, she is an amazing dog and I'm glad I foun her before she got hit by a car or starved to death. Mom will find a good home for her.
I just wonder what makes people so mean and irresponsible? Why would someone do that? It just seems like such a waste.
Hit me up.

Arrggghhh I hate rainy days. Why do I always feel exhausted and weak on rainy days? What is it about the rain that makes me just want to roll over and snooze all day? It's like the little rain drops just suck the life out of me.
Does anybody have a remedy for rainy day sleepyness?
If you do, please share it with me.
I've tried coffee. No dice. So I need a plan B.
Hit me up.

Alright friends. I know there are many myspacers with thousands and tens of thousands and even millions of friends. But for me, it's a big deal to have a thousand friends. You guys are awesome. I feel like my friends are real. There aren't a lot of people on my friend list that don't some how really know me or my music. I try to block most of the spammers I come across.
Anyway, now that there's a thousand true friends out there in my network, I need to ask a favor.
If every friend on my list told another friend about my music and my mysace and invited them to join, we could bump our number from 1000... to... ... ...(I'm not very good at math)... ... 2000!!! Wow! That would be insane!
So how about it? If you read this and you have a moment, please send my link to a friend or two friends and let's increase those numbers. The more friends I have, the more people can hear my music, the more people who hear my music, the closer I get to sigining a huge record deal, the closer I get to signing a huge record deal, the sooner you guys can all join me for backyard pool parties at my rock star mansion.
Thanks for being my friend. You guys are the best. Take care and hope to hear from you soon.
Hit me up. Dante

Hey Everyone. So I’ve finally added that track was talkling about. The tune is called "Surely" and I worked on it with producer Josh Norman. He’s mostly an R&B/ Hip hop guy, so you can hear a lot of that influence in the song.
"Surely." is an introspective conversation on broken families and the perseverance of true love. Call me cheesy, but love comforts, love heals and love conquers all things. Now love is personified in my son and everyday I spend with him, I feel like I understand life a little more. It’s a very different kind of tune for me to work on, so let me know what you think. Take care.

Hey everyone. It’s been a while since I released anything new, but I haven’t been just sitting around doing nothing. I will hopefully be posting a sample track from my new album this weekend sometime. So keep an eye out for it.
I’m really anxious to see what people think. It’s very different from my old stuff, but I think it will be a refreshing change for most of you. And for those of you who like the acoustic stuff more, don’t worry, I will be releaseing acoustic versions of most of these songs on the album too. Take care and have a great day!
