Oh yes the 100 day challenge is upon us again and I must say I have had a ball with promoting other people. I want to do 10 times more than before, so that means instead of 33 direct referrals I want 330 and instead of 1500 hits on the team link monthly I want 15,000.

Another important item that will change is this will be a team effort...no more one Rhonda show. I just did that to see what it would take to rock and roll.

I have the team private training/social site up go to earningmoneytoday.ning.com and just peek because its private. I have updated the main page earningmoneytoday.com so check that out as well.

Each team member will promote the team page at least once per week. So we can fill our team members downline. Thats all for now but I am very happy.

Let me say it again. If you are trying to get in touch with one of your downline members give him or her a new downline member.

Why on this good earth that we live on would you be trying to get in touch with one of your team members? Well most good sponsors want to see how you are doing because if the downline member is doing well than the sponsor is doing well. It goes hand and hand, so if you can not contact your downline/team member that there is a break in the system and in communication.

There is a solution as I just experienced yesterday. I have a downline member on my 4x1 team and I have been recruiting and promoting for my team. The real type of recruiting where I talk to 5 to 7 people before I get a sign up for the team. I have not heard from the person and I was just checking in.Well of course I stopped because I do not want to be labeled too aggressive etc..

I spoke to three people over the weekend and all three joined. Well I received a payment through alertpay which means one of my team members cycled. Because when one of my team members cycles (prospers) I cycle (prosper) as well. I love the set up.

Oh this person called me and lets just say they are ready to go forward with the team effort because they received not just a payment but they received 6 people to contact in their downline. So this type of success can
really get your downline to call you.

Success Builds a Happier Team because as a sponsor you need to give away some of your recruits to benefit the team you are building.
