Unfortunately, the first releases of Icon of Coil have long turned into hard-to-find rarities, as they were deleted years ago. Thus, a fans search for the bands first albums and singles has more often than not turned out a highly frustrating endeavour at least up until now.
At the beginning of May, 2006, Out of Line will be releasing a complete anthology of Icon of Coils early years on three Compact Discs.

-I- will contain the debut single Shallow Nation and the first full-length album Serenity is the Devil.

-II- encompasses the two first EPs, One Nation Under One Beat and Seren E.P., while

-III- features the second album The Soul is in the Software and the Access and Amplify-EP.

Now, all of the club smashers from the Tatra-years, such as Regret, Disconnect, Floorkiller and Shallow Nation, will be again widely available on CD.

I, II and III belong into any decent Electro collection as no friend of fat beats, synthetic sequencer drive and addictive melodies should be able to pass them by.

I believe its about some type of entity who is on a destructive towards a group or maybe the entire human civilization.

The first few tracks (Remove/Replace-Shelter) on Machine mark this thing on its path to earth, and these songs also represent the calm for the humans before this entity arrives.

I believe Faith Not Improtant marks how this entity begins to not only fear, but loathe the human race where he contemplates killing these organisms. Deadtrip marks the death of perhaps someone important in the story (probably a human) caused by the Android.

I also believe Android perhaps marks the downfall or the infant stages of the Android's demise in the story, and then he murders perhaps one of the more important characters in this story.

Sleep Less represents how our hero feels towards the loss of his friends caused by the Android. Pursuit marks the final battle between the Android and the main Character.
