Sorry to say it guys but we had to cancel the Pond show coming up this Friday.

Why you ask?

Well for several reasons.

One Nate was abducted by an alien on Halloween and they just returned him, only he is 4 feet shorter, and they aren't doing the surgery until Friday to return him to normal size.

He will be better. The recovery is only going to take about a day they said.

Two, we are recording soon with Brandon Purdue over at RPM (Black Chancey & Scott Siman's studio [Tim McGraw MGT...etc] and we are bucking up and making sure we have down what we need.

News about that will follow in the next few days, or week.

we had the chance to play the billy block show last night at the cadillac ranch...

we know, we know...it's a honky tonk, but they welcomed us with open arms.
we met some great people, and had great conversations.

billy was very welcoming, and are so thankful for him having us on the show!!

on june 12th K got together with Nashville's designer & photographer Scott Lee to shoot a series of photos in a series of settings off of downtown nashville and outside the city, past the Loveless Cafe.

it was a long day of fun, rock, and minor mascara. (really, but don't be scared.)

we just wanted to let you know what is going on as of late.

K will be doing a photo shoot with Scott Lee, an est. designer/web/photographer out of nashville, tn starting tomorrow.

this may be one of my favorite songs we have written in a while, at least for me.
but even more, it came at a time when as far back as i can remember really, i looked at collin and had no idea what was around the corner.

one day we were sitting in my living room at the blackman roadhouse and the room was almost empty with silence. and then everything that we felt from inside and wanted to say but didn't, came out in this.

it's really about moving on, cos we always have. and moving is something that always brings progress, and progress brings change. and that is something always good to have around.

Well where the heck have YOU been?

we've been looking for you guys...

even though we haven't been up to much updating on here, we have been kept busy.

coming up soon:

new layout with new fotos (oh so nice)
new songs (some we are working on to record this summer with a TBA producer)
new shows (yes, shows)


aand, some new fellas have joined along as well.
josh burns parted ways with us at the end of march and chris foust left in april to pursue a solo career.

we have been auditioning several guitarists in the last few months and are closing in on a final decision.

we have been writing away with new songs, and have been writing with some very dear friends of ours, most notably steve dean and gabriel kelley, with several other incredible folks.

we thank you guys so much for the support and cannot wait to get back on the stage and rock with you.
