After talking things through with Stefan Eriksson, he has decided to part with Arcana permanently. Due to the fact that work and family demands alot of his presence, it´s not fair to either parts to be held back. This will not effect Arcana on a musical level but more on a personal level, as we have had a great deal of fun throughout the years. So I and the rest of the band would like to take the opportunity to thank Stefan for these years and wish him luck in the future with work, family and musical projects. The year 2010 will open a new chapter for Arcana. I will make some changes, but nothing that will affect the music. There will be a boxset of Arcana's first 4 albums released, with bonusmaterial as well. Some songs of Arcana will be appearing on film and on TV and I am constantly working on new material. We will also perform live at a few places; Waregem in Belgium and Nijmegen in Holland are 100% sure and we are waiting for an answer from WGT. So next year promises alot for Arcana and I will try to find a good replacement for Stefan as soon as possible. Sincerely // Peter Bjärgö

I saw this question on another bands profile and I thought it was a fun thing! So.....for us and for others, tell us about when you first heard Arcana, maybe what song it was and perhaps an anecdote or something that has to do with the music of Arcana:)
