Attention all talented artists out there!

BLAMESHIFT is back from a long year of touring and home writing a new album. This album to us is a collection of experiences which we gained over the years. Many of those we shared with you, our fans, as we toured the country. We want to involve as many of our fans as possible is our official BLAMESHIFT Album Artwork Contest! The winner will have their design featured as the cover of Blameshifts spring 2010 release titled, NOTHING'S THE WAY IT SEEMS. Included inside the CD sleeve will have a special thank you to that person. They will also be the first to get an autographed CD and T-Shirt with their album design on it.

To tell you a little bit about the album so you have a concept to work off of:
NOTHING'S THE WAY IT SEEMS will be about
growing up
learning to appreciate the people who love you
hope
payback
lying backstabbing cheating mother fuckers
the struggle of a relationship
believing in yourself
people not being who you really think they are
fear of not succeeding,
betrayal
the story of living on the road

The album will be real, heart felt and a roller coaster of life.

Rules and Requirements to Enter:
All entries are due by January 31, 2010. All work must be original to the artist and free of copyright. Photos, drawings, paintings and sketches are all excepted. Requirements: must include the bands name and title of the album somewhere in your design, no graphics that may not allow record to be sold in stores, follow the specs below, add us on facebook and twitter (if you have) and most importantly, be creative.

Hey kiddds...

So after many of months of being locked away in the studio...we are finally done with our new music. We put two songs up for now...but plan on hearing some more in the next few months. We hope you guys enjoy Saints & Sinners and Say What You Wanna Say!! Definitely leave us some love and let us know what you think!!

Also, we will be leaving again for tour in a couple weeks. Make sure to check our schedule and come see us in your town. If you want us to play somewhere that we dont have a show booked...just let us know!!

Lastly, we have a lot of exciting things happening...and cant wait to share everything with everyone. We will keep you posted!!

Hey everyone...things have been crazy in our world over the last few months. And trust us...we could not have done it alone. Luckily, we found some of the most amazing people and companies to help us along the way.

A couple months ago we decided to run a logo contest. We REALLY needed a new one...and figured we would let the fans come up with something they thought represented our band. We got hundreds of submissions...but one stood out! We want to give a huge thanks to Cameron from creating this logo design for us. It is exactly what we had been looking for! He is just starting out...so definitely contact him for graphic designs and logos!!

Well, thats it for now. We just wanted to acknowledge everyone that has helped us out in the last few months. Please spread the word about all these people and companies.

So tour's starting again, and I'm sure we'll be on the road for quite a few months in a row. We have a few requests from our awesome fans. First I'd like to say, NO MORE PICKLES FOR JENNY!! I can't tell you how many people brought her pickles, cause she said she liked them. We literally had jars of them stacked in our bus, haha, pretty funny actually. Of course by no means are you obligated to brings us these things, but they really do help us to keep going.

After one hundred and sixteen logo submissions, we have finally choosen a winner! There were some really aweome ideas submitted by sickly talented kids. Thank you to all who took the time to design us stuff.

Big ups to Cameron Zombie from Myrtle Beach, SC for winning the contest. He is an awesome artist and this kid is going places. Check out Camerson's interview and the new logo coming soon when our new myspace is launched!!
