Fucking heavy the work of these guys, slam very very heavy, with a drum set that punch in a brutal way and destroying your fucking heards when you listen the two songs that compose the demo. The first song, corpse flesh, is a fucking mechanical roller, this song destroy your brain based on the heaviest and forceful riff. Another song Human slaughter, it is equal of good and brutal that the previous, pure heaviness. Very good demo, slam very dark, dirty and heavy, these guys has a good future in the slamming scene.

1. Welcome Sergey before we get to the specifics of your promo, which was my first taste of GUTTARAL DECAY and to be honest since then I can’t stop listening to it. It’s a shame there’s only one track on the record. I presume it was released not that long ago?

Greetings Chris! Yes on our Promo only 1 track and it without a vox. Now we have almost completed ours EP where also will enter rewritten "Infected Collapse" but already with a vocal.

2. Ok, give us a short history about the band?

Our band has been based in the end of 2007 bt me. Where dividing my tastes some of my friends in this music have entered. In 2-3 months we have given the first concert and record demo with 2 track. After that the structure was completely replaced where I remained one but soon me have joined very good both people and musicians with which we now playing.

3. After a bit of research into the band I thought your style would be like DEEDS OF FLESH or SINISTER, but what I heard was much more. It’s been a while since I’ve heard such death/grind played so good.

We were inspired by such commands as Guttural Secrete, Waking The Cadaver and Viral Load both in now and in the further our creativity we will follow these bands!

4. Is this the bands first promo or can we find something out there recorded before? If so, can we expect the same sort of brutal sound?

Long before occurrence of it Promo we had been wrote down a demo consisting of 2 tracks. On style and sounding they very strongly differ that is now.

5. Promo 2008 was recorded with 5 band members, do you guys prefer a 5 piece band?

Promo was recorded by two members the guitarist and drummer. But at present over record new EP all participants work.

6. Was the promo recorded in a studio or a private make shift studio?

Yeah Chris! The Promo was recorded in a our friend's studio!

7. How did the underground scene respond to your promo?

Many heard ours промо positively respond about it.

8. I think the most interesting thing about GUTTURAL DECAY is that the band tries to take death/grind to a new level but at the same time has its roots deeply embedded in what brutal music’s all about. Do you agree?

9. What sort of music and which bands have influenced GUTTURAL DECAY?

It's Devourment, Guttural Secrete, Viral load and Goratory.

10. The lyrics are a shout at anything or anyone specific?

The lyrics about Gore, Torture and Rape. Without a policy!

11. What are the bands goals after releasing the promo, any interest to speak of from labels within or outside Russia?

Yeah Chris now we we agree about cooperation with a label "Pathologically Explicit Recordings" on which such sick bands as KRAANIUM, Human Rejection...

12. Can we expect something new from you guys soon and where should we be looking for it?

13. What’s new on the Russian music scene, anything out there that you guys feel worth mentioning?

Yes almost anything new also is not present. Appears more and more band playing Brutal Death. It is a lot of sick bands.

I think with Devourment or Disgorge!haha

16. What are your interests outside of music?

i'd like to ride bmx. guitarist likes snowboards and fuck fat sluts hahaha.

It certainly shocks the senses, were talking about GUTTURAL DECAY the Russian death metal band who's promo is simple named Promo 2008. Raw, vulgar death metal and all the characteristics of brutal. A couple of comparisons would be DEVOURMENT, INSIDIOUS DECREPANCY and INFECTED MALIGNITY, enough said!! With the vocals of G.U.3.3 sounding like his giving it his all through a pipe and the constant change of rhythm theirs only one word for it.. stylish. Its a shame theres only one track on the promo cause it infects the brain and rips it apart. Influecnces are bands that we found on internet, CD's and heard live. We don't listen to shit.

Yeah, first, it was fucken hard to write something, but the time has passed and we seriously got some experience. First we write some slamming riffs, than some shredding shit, after the string parts we start to write the drum sequences and vocal parts of course!




7. DO YOU ALSO DIGGIN OTHER MUSIC BRO LIKE BLACK METAL,TRASH,ETC...?

We hate 80% of blackmetalbut we love Thrash Metal - From Slayer, Sepultura... to Agent Steel and Voi Vod!!



8. WHAT'S THE BAND PLANS RIGHT NOW? DO YOU PLAN ALSO TO HAVE A TOUR?

We are thinking about some shows in our town, or even country!

We are going for your cu... for our first full-length release. We think it will be our debut album though. Currently, we are writing some new traxxx with hyper slam riffs and ultra-blastbeats.But first it will be a split with Tortured Maternity in a winter. And we would like to print some T-Shirts hehe
