Hello friends!

first and foremost:

Steven got a haircut! It’s shorter, cleaner, and grey(er) than ever! EVER!
Come check it out because...

secondly:

...we have shows for you!

4/2 - Cleveland, OH
Case Western University
*exclusive students-only show*

4/3 - Washington D.C
Rock and Roll Hotel
w/ The City Veins

4/5 - New York City
Mercury Lounge
w/ Famous Letters, Action Painters, Gustaf Heden

and:

Along with these shows, we’ll be playing a few new tunes that we’ve been working on, including an exclusive cover of New Edition’s "Cool it Now" that will be featured on a compilation soon to be released by Guilt By Association.

We hope you all come out and enjoy yourselves next week. We’ll play a couple little songs, and everybody will have a great time. Seriously.

Does anyone even go on this site anymore?

Well, if you do, you won! You, friends, get to check out AND download a song we recorded filled with nothing but holiday cheer called, "Season's Greetings". This is a cover song from the American Song-Poem Christmas album called Daddy, Is Santa Really Six Foot Four?

We had a great time recording this and if you listen closely enough, you can ACTUALLY HEAR our manager Geoff drinking a Christmas Spice Latte. How about that for some Holiday Spirit?!

So, friends, please feel free to download this wherever you can get your hands on it; either on myspace, or other great websites such as:

merrily yours,

Robbers on High Street

Hey Y'all,

Bunch of cool Robbers on High Street stuff happening in Texas over the next week or so.

TODAY (FRI) 6PM - Waterloo Music is having a listening party for us and Great Northern, with, um, free pizza and drinks (not sure if it's beer or not!)

Thurs, Nov 1 - Houston show at MINK w/ Great Northern

Fri, Nov 2 - Austin show at Club Deville for the kick-off of the Fun Fun Fun Festival (we have no idea what this is, but sounds, um, FUN). This show is FREE, and we're going to be having some contest. Check out Austinist.com for details.

Sat, Nov 3 - 2:30PM we will be doing an in-store at Good Records with Great Northern; followed by a show that night at The Cavern (that place sounds scary!)

If you live in Texas, we hope to see you out!

We've got a bunch of really fun shows coming up later this month with our friends in Longwave and Great Northern. Check our page for the full schedule. We're also playing a show at Baruch College in NYC with We Are Scientists on Friday September 28. This show is open to the public. We go on at 8.15. Start your weekend off right!

We're bringing back the street team. You can help us out by promoting one of the shows on this tour. Unfortunately, we have to enforce the same rules as last time:
1) You must be old enough to attend the gig you will be promoting.
2) You must live within easy walking or driving distance of the venue. You will be hanging up posters and handing out stickers about a week before the gig.

In exchange for your hard work, you will be given a ticket to the show and a signed copy of Grand Animals. If you're interested, send an email specifying which gig (city AND venue please) to jetboyjetgirl@gmail.com with your name and mailing address. Put STREET TEAM in the subject. If you participated last time, you'll still need to send us your info again.

You guys did a great job last time and we're looking forward to seeing you all again!

We are selling our lead guitar player Steve Mercado. We got him for free a few years ago, and he's actually cost us money over the years, so we'll start the bidding at $1...

OK, we're kidding. But we did want to let you know that OUR RECORD CAME OUT TODAY!

You can purchase Grand Animals from iTunes here:
Robbers on High Street - Grand Animals..

Or from Amazon, here: http://www.amazon.com/Grand-Animals-Robbers-High-Street/dp/B000RGSON2/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1/105-6928508-9301241?ie=UTF8&s=music&qid=1185292753&sr=1-1
