Mann I just feel like I have to share this with EVERYONE!!

My friends and fans,

I started networking out here in LA singing KARAOKE about 4 years ago. Hungry as hell for opportunity to sing anywhere I could. So I made some Karaoke friends that could sing pretty good.. (dork) LOL So one of those friends told me.. "Trev! you gotta check out this spot called cozy's! They would dig you over there!" So as hungry as I was, my mind was set on going to cozy's.. (keep in mind I was under 21 and I couldn't get in to alot of places). But cozy's serves food so I was good!

Anyways. So I go to cozy's and it is PACKED! (mostly with black people) :) So in my mind I was like yeah!! Black people have soul!! They will feel me! hahaha and there's a LIVE BAND!!! I had butterflies and I was soo excited.. I felt like GEEZZZ I have to get up there and show my stuff to these guys! hehehe So my friend knew the host up there "L Young". and said "yo you gotta check out my boy Trev" so I got up and I could totally tell people were like uh oh, what the hell is this white dude with braces gonna try and do....I sang and It felt soo good!! it was my first time singing with a band. It was cool to see people's reactions from looking like WTF? to WTFFFFF? hahaha

Man i've been goin' to cozy's every tuesday and wednesday.. to where I ended up hosting the night!! I earned all the musicians respect!! I mean there were people that hated on me.. but I kept on.. and I got it!! Now I am best friends with some of the greatest musicians in the world!!! I feel soo blessed that I have come this far and grown this much in such a short period of time..

People have always asked me "Why don't you go on "American Idol"? well there's your reason!!! I want to pay my dues and and be a LEGIT artist known for my original music, and not just known for winning American Idol. I'm comin' in through the door of REAL CATS!! with the most highest respect for musicianship, and musicality. If I was on american idol I wouldn't have grown in such a way that I have.. My gut feeling took me where I am today and it feels soo good to be re assured by god and the outcome of the energy I put in things.

In 3 years! i've come from NO style singin ass white boy doing karaoke for old drunks. To having a Manager that works for universal, a stylist for photos, Killin ass musicians that have my back! Going to japan twice to open for ALL-4 ONE, Singin on Warren G's album, And could get as far as performing for the head executive at Interscope! God is good! I just wanted to share that with you guys :) it's overwhelming what can happen in life when you put 200 percent! And this is just the beginning!!!!! :)

So I decided to go out to venice for the day and sing my butt off, pass out biz cards, and try and get more people on to my music and myspace.. ya digg? haha so then this group of kids came by and i started singing about weed. (cause i could tell they were stoners) ;) and they had a fit! hahaha it was funny. so check it out! :)
