diagnosed with Bells Palsy:(

How do I start this? Monday, I woke up and noticed something odd, my lip looked crooked and and when I smiled, only the left hand side was crooked, when i don't smile, it looks fine

Fast forward to Tuesday, was at my monthly infusion, the nurse noticed I sounded weird, she had the doctor come in to the infusion room, she asked me to smile, and it was the same and they told me I have Bells Palsy:( I was devastated and angry at myself after I heard what they told me

My speech is still ok and I have been prescribed to take steroid pills for the disorder. The main thing on my mind was that I have been doing my show now for almost 18 years and talking on air is so important to me and I don't want to lose the ability to do my show and I will fight this battle,

so I come to everyone here on MS and ask for your support and it means the world to me.

Can any one here recommend me a app for the top friends section here on MS? I'm sorry but 40 leaves me limited to update the section every week and to be honest, its frustrating. There are so many great bands/labels/listeners that support my show, I feel its important to not over look anyone at all:) So any suggestions would be appreciated:) thanks..m/

MIRC INSTRUCTIONS FOR BER(WINDOWS USERS)

IF ANYONE READING THIS WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW TO USE mIRC AND ARE FED UP USING THE MIBBIT CHAT LINK. HERE ARE THE INSTRUCTIONS:

go to http://www.mirc.com
then go to http://www.mirc.com/get.html
in the middle of the page, click the Download mIRC icon and download mIRC on to your computer
after you download mIRC on to your computer, here is what you do next:

click on the mIRC logo that is on your desktop
a box will appear that will have 2 buttons on the bottom,
one says "Register" the other says "Continue" click "Continue"
then another box will appear with the same 2 options on the bottom,
again click "Continue"
now a big box will appear and here's what you need to fill in:
Full Name:(same as nick)
E-mail address:your e-mail address
Nickname:(same as full name)
Alternative:(other nick you choose)
check mark in invisible mode
now on the left hand side of the big box where it says "Category", underneath it, it says "Servers",
highlight "Servers"
after you highlight "Servers", a window will appear on the right hand side that says "IRC Servers",
look for the server that says "Rizon"
highlight "Rizon"
then on the right hand side, hit the "Select" button it will take you back in to the sign in window,
click "OK" on the bottom
now in the upper left hand corner of the window, click on the icon that looks like a lightning bolt, that is the connect button,
hit it then after you hit, you will be logged on and then a window called mIRC favorites will appear
type in the box #brutalexistenceradio
then hit the "Join" button on the right hand side then you're in the room!:)

If your band/label would like to do a station ID for my show, here's what you need to do:

record your ID's in mp3 format(128kbps-stereo or better)

Your ID should be no longer than :30 seconds and all you have to say is "hi, we're_________ from _________ and you're listening to Audio Aggression w/Metal Mark on Brutal Existence Radio".

Feel free to have your bands' music in the background included in the ID

It's a great tool to have to help promote your band and to help promote our station as well.
