Follow us on Twitter if you want to stay up to date with very important and equally unimportant information about the band. You'll know when the info is important and ultra cool, as we will misspell everything. That's how Twitter works, right? http://twitter.com/visitorsmusic

Mine and Nick’s dad is an entertainment writer at the San Antonio Express-News. His yearly coverage of SXSW includes lots of blogging, late night Mexican food, and sleeping on our couch (which he is about a foot longer than). We convinced him to come to our SXSW show last night, and I woke up this morning to find him sitting on my couch, gettin’ his blog on. "Visitors —who on this night sounded like an angry joint of At the Drive In, Elliot Smith and Frank Zappa..." Why not?

I know there are a million things going on this week, but if you don't have anything to do Tuesday night at 10pm, come to Fado (4th & Lavaca) and watch us play some songs. The show is free, and Nick has guaranteed me that he's going to play better than ever before, and look really good while doing it. We also recorded demos of some new songs, and you should download them and listen to them real loud in your car or truck. You can even listen to them on the bus, no questions asked. We will be playing all five of these songs at the show Tuesday. http://visitorskickback.com/march2k8

Its been a little while since we played a show. Time flies when you're something something. In our downtime, however, we managed to write a bunch of new songs and we'll be playing some of them this Friday (2/15) at REDSEVEN. Also on the bill are Rory And The Artificial Heart, The Secret Life Of Sparrows, and Jim Ward.
We play first, at 10PM. I know that's pretty early on the Friday timeline for some of yall, but it would be awesome if you'd come get your night started with us. Even if you hate us, come be the first person in Austin to talk shit about our new songs. We'll still party with you.
Love, Visitors

If you're in or around Austin, stop by Waterloo Records to listen to our debut album Secrets. Its located in the Hear Texas Here listening station, right when you walk in the door. It will be there until September 19th, after which you'll have to come to our house if you want to hear the album for free.
Also, if you're just down the road in San Antonio, you can pick up the record at Hogwild for cheap. Help us out. We'll buy your record when it comes out. Or at least download it.

If you're in San Antonio, stop by Hogwild Records, Tapes and CDs and pick up our new album Secrets. Look for it in the New Releases or Texas bins.
And if you find yourself stuck in traffic, call KSYM 90.1 at 210-733-2800 and request a song. I'd go for "Need A Little" or "Help". Or, if you want to tick off our friend Adam, request "Hangin'".
Let us know if you can't find the CD or if you can't get to Hogwild..we'll figure something out!

I was going to post a bulletin about this, but bulletins are "down for about an hour" all day long now.
Tomorrow night we're playing at 9pm at Flamingo Cantina. Its a 101X show - one of their local Homegrown Live things. Best part about this is that its only $1, and its all ages. The other cool thing is that they asked us to come to the radio station and play an acoustic song tomorrow morning in order to promote it. If you're in the car at 8:30am, turn your dial to 101.5 and wake up with me and Nick. You know it wont be the first time.
