in the meanwhile, there are three new releases in queue, respectively #028, #033 and #034:
the catalyst "swallow your teeth" new lp will be recorded this month and released this summer, while the ancient sky record should see the light on early june: we'll be coproducing these records with our great friend paul at perpetual motion machine; probably along with the catalyst, tideland first full lenght "asleep in the graveyard" will be released in a new born coalization with the lovely robotic empire team!
we can't really wait to have these records in our hands, expect something amazing; then more stuff is planned but still to be defined, so stay tuned as we have a lot of new projects!

i'm posting this because i saw many people leaving comments here or just passing by to say hello. we are basically never answering to comments on myspace, because it looks strange to us, and usually have nothing nice to say. if you feel you want to get in touch with us, please, send us an email to info@sonsofvesta.it .

we are not assholes, we are just lazy and not interested in creating some kind of networks over here. everything would be so nice if we could just use our mail to stay in contact, here everything looks so cold..

obviously as some of you noticed, our previous myspace account has been deleted for apparently no reason. even if this page is totally useless, we decided to do it again. we will basically never put up updates on records, distro list or whatever here, this will be used as a link to our actual website, that's still here.

there should be no need to say how useless is myspace, the "place for friends", where you can meet people you will actually never know (but you still think you're friends), but it looks like people often do not agree on this.
friends are not behind a monitor or through keyboards. meet your friends, write them letters, call them, live your real life with them. these are just media and will never replace true friendship. medias usefullness is often misunderstood, as people at times can't cleave real life from the "internet one". happens that some people creates a second personality here to act like in real life could never do: let me say this is something terribly stupid. and i am sick of every single messageboard hero, every single attention whore (male/female) around here, and yes, every single human being that really thinks that myspace is a place for friends.
if you think that adding every single account will make you look better or feel stronger (read: accepted), you're simply dumb.
if you think that tagging people as "emo", "fag", "bitch" will make you look more tough, you're simply a dick.
if you think that just people that has the same lifestyle you have deserve to be considered, you're just an asshole.

and i am so sad about having to write all of this right here, as it means that i'm sure people will read it.
