Any music entered in the Contest must be at least 30 seconds long and no longer than 5 minutes of new original recording, and be submitted in MP3 or WAV format.

    * Entry must be primarily in English.

Judging to select the Top Sixteen in the channel will run 7 days, ending December 15th 11:59:59PM ET. Semi Finals takes place on the following five days to select the Top Eight in the contest ending on December 20th 11:59:59PM ET. Finals take place on the next three days to select the Top One in the channel ending December 23rd 11:59:59PM ET. Final Winner selection will be done by Jersey Boy on December 23rd. Special consideration will be given to the Top Eight (8) finalists in the Jersey Boy Champion contest as determined by the fans on December 20th at 11:59:59PM ET. Judging: All eligible Entries will be posted on the Web Site. There will be a public vote online ("Judging") to determine the top sixteen (16) Entries on www.myspace.com/jerseyboy0321 starting on December 9th, 2008 at 12:00:01 am ET and ending at 11:59:59 pm ET on December 14th, 2008. Judging or entering through multiple accounts and self-voting is strictly prohibited. The Top Sixteen (16) Entries will be determined based on Judging. Semi Finals: Once the Top Sixteen (16) Entries have been selected, there will be a second Judging process within the Top Sixteen to determine the Top Eight (8), starting at 12:00:00 PM ET on December 16th, 2008 and ending on December 20th, 2008 11:59:59 pm ET (the "Semi Finals Voting Period"). Finals: Once the Top Eight (8) Entries have been selected, there will be a third Judging process within the Top Eight to determine the Top One, starting on December 22nd, 2008.      Entrants agree that the Sponsors have the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from this Contest and that all decisions of Sponsors are final and binding. Any attempt by entrant and/or his/her family/friends to vote more than the number of times authorized using multiple names or email address and/or any other fraudulent mechanism, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, shall give Sponsors the right to disqualify entrant in its reasonable discretion.

PRIZE(S) FOR THE JERSEY BOY CHAMPION CONTEST:

    * One high-ranking artist from the contest will be selected to receive placement on the official mixtape Super Star for Hire Vol 2 and the Grind Time mixtape series from DJ Ames, a spot on Jersey Boy's top friends, featured on www.myspace.com/jerseyboy0321, additional promotion, featured on Jersey Boy's MySpace playet and possibly other outlets, receive a custom designed graphic, and future considerations. Special consideration will be given to the top 8 finalists in the Jersey Boy Collaboration contest, as determined by the fans on December 20th. Final winner selection will be done by Jersey Boy and DJ Ames on December 23rd. No additional compensation will be provided by Sponsors.
    * The selected stand out fan will receive a spot on Jersey Boy's top friends, be sent a personal thank you video from Jersey Boy, be among the first to receive the Super Star for Hire vol 2 mixtape, awarded free ringtones, and other possible considerations.

   7. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Limit one prize per household. Prizes are non-transferable. By participating, Entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsors Privacy Policy (available at www.myspace.com/jerseyboy0321) which are final and binding in all respects. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Artists winning prizes will be notified by electronic mail and via MySpace messaging and must claim their prizes. McCain has had cancer several times and he's gettin up there, what if he dies and Palin becomes Prez. He's afraid to even put her on camera, come on now. GET REAL. America doesnt just need change, we need a change for the better.
     So if yall complainin about the cost of living, healthcare, school systems, the war in Iraq, or whatever else make sure you go out and vote for who you feel will make it better.
