my estimate of when record would be ready was way off ,
and there was a little voice in my head
saying sophie don't tell people it will be ready in august
when you are not exactly sure.
but i really did think that i was going to come back
from australia and begin.
and i did not think there would be
a battallion of other issues banging on the doors
when i got home
but some of these things were good, and i glad they were
there at the door. others were stinky and i am glad they have
now gone away.


i think december / january wil be when label
will have it to put on the shelves.

it's abit upsetting that Bells of 1 2 hasn't been available in the land of the free
and also in australia and new zealand
except to buy on import.

when i get back to my house i will figure out how
to put it up on cd baby and those other places so that
you can buy it locally.

hopefuly i will find someone who can help me with these kinds of things.
i am good with music and creating things but am woefull
with administrative things.

yes that will be quite something.

if it wasn't for alton delano 'come running' wouldn't have made it. alton managed to rescue the song from my studio and mix it in his.

very brave to get between a cat and her cubs, 'specially when she's in the middle of ruining a mix.

he played it for me in the car, and it was exactly as i'd wishing
it would sound.
there is only one alton , and he is in his own right beautiful musician and producer.
his support is unending for Bells of 1 2.
from assembling and re assembling my studio umpteen times
to playing some beautiful guitars on this record ,
to listening to my doubts and rants , and and doing what ever he could,
so that i would wake up and smile and continue on.

slo fuzz is another one that alton had alot to do with .
he put all the special stuff on the vocals and stopped me
from throwing out the chorus. yes.


since he is has not been mentioned on this site
and to all who wonder and
give me credit for going it alone,
yes i have steered this ship but
there are those who have given unending support.
and alton is forever with me at the helm.
