Hello everyone,
We would like to create a street team for Beneath The Sky. All that we would require is that you be willing to do a little online promotion for the band and maybe pass out flyers at concerts around your area. As a reward for your participation we will hold contests within the team for free merch and other cool prizes. It would be a great way to promote the music that we all love. If you think you would be interested in such a thing please email us at streetteam.beneaththesky@gmail.com and we look forward to hearing from you.

     GREAT NEWS!!!

Beneath the Sky has recently decided to get back together, due, to the endless support of our fans demanding so.  We can only accomplish this by a show of true support by our fans from all over the world.  We will be setting up a PAYPAL account, which, will allow our fans to send a donation & with your kind generosity we will be able to get the show back on the road.
We are looking so forward to seeing you all again.  The love you have shared with us is truly rewarding.  You are the main reason we are wanting to do this.  We are doing everything in our power to possibly making this happen.  Keep checking in with us for further updates & upcoming shows.  Be sure to spread the word to everyone you know that we are back!!
Thank you for everything : )

To all of our FRIENDS (aka fans)

We are here to inform you that BENEATH THE SKY have decided to throw in the towel, and go their separate ways.  We are truly saddened that such a wonderful opportunity has briefly come to its demise.  We would like to extend our deepest gratitude & love to all of our families, friends, and fans all over the world that have supported us from day one.  You are the world to us!!
Thanks to those who have helped us out with booking/promoting shows, picked up our albums, gave us a place to sleep, or just helped us out in general.  We want to give out our love & best wishes to all of those, and to the bands we had the pleasure of sharing the road/stage with.  You all know who you are.  Thanks for sharing the good times with us!!

                              Thank you & farewell

Current mood:  thankful
Greetings from my home in Cincinnati. This is Joey.
I am here doing this blog to express my deepest gratitude, and to give you my personal
update about whats been going on with the band.  First off..  As you all may know our album
"The Day The Music Died" was released in stores a few weeks ago.  Thanks to you & to everybody else
who has picked up a copy of our second album.
It not only means a lot to me, but to the rest of the fellas in the band.  To those who haven't picked it up yet?
Please do so!!  You can get it at your local best buy, FYE, hot topic, or online.  We sincerely appreciate
everyone who has been writing us everyday on our myspace. We love hearing about how much you enjoy listening to
the new album.  We definitely had a lot of fun putting this album together for you, and only for you.  Thanks to your
loyal support that this album was possible.
Now..  we've been asked about if there are any tours lined up.  To answer that question for you..  No there hasn't.
Because of conflicts with certain parties it has put an unnecessary damper on our ability to do any touring.  I am
sorry that I can't go into further detail.  I am here doing this to do my best to offer our assurance that if we could be
on tour, we would do so for our friends, and yes that means you.  The only site where you will get official tour
dates is our myspace.  So if you hear about us playing somewhere, and its not on our myspace?  Don't count on us
being there. The rest of the band & I can only ask for you to please hope for the best, and that our unfortunate
situation will turn around for the better.  Thanks for your time, patience, and for your love.

                  We love you all!!

Current mood:  anxious

Hey there

Just wanted to let you all know there has been a lot going on with us.  As you all know we’ve been working on putting together a new album for the past few months.  For the past month we’ve been back in the studio recording the album.  We recorded our album, where it all began.   We did it @ Track Six Studios, in Cleveland, Ohio.  Same place.  Same people.  Where we recorded our 5-song EP, "More Than You Can Handle."  Which, was the demo that got us a deal with Victory Records.

Our producer for the album is our good friend, Don Debiase.  The engineer on the album is our boy, Brandon Youngs.  It was so awesome to be working with them again.   Every day working with them was all work & a great time.  This following week we are going to finish up the vocals, and the week after that we will be starting on the mixing of the album.  Eventually, get it mastered.

No official title, or release date for the new album yet.  What we do know is that it will be out in stores to you sometime THIS JUNE!!!     We are very excited to get this album out to ya.  We have put just about everything that we had onto this album.  We know for fans of our first album, will fall in love with this one.  And we hope to reach out to more people with the new album.

Speaking of us having a new album coming out soon.  There also have been rumors going around about "lineup changes."  Well, its about time we clear those up for you.   Yes.. Its true.  Not too recently, we had to replace Chris Profitt (Guitars), and Brandon Sowder (Drums).  We also no longer have Matt Jones (Keys).  Matt has been doing music for a good length now.. and he just wanted to move on with his life.  Which, we strongly give him our love & support.  We are gonna miss having him with us on the stage & road.  We love you bro!!

So now, we are a 5-piece band.  No worries though..  We successfully found our replacements.  We want you all to welcome as our new guitarist/vocals, Kevin Stafford.  And our new drummer, Bryan Cash.  These guys are good friends of ours, and we are very happy to have them in the family.  Not only are they our friends, but, they are highly talented musicians.  With this new album coming out.. you will see what we are talking about.  These two brought a lot to the table, and helped us out with the writing/recording process.  Feel free to say "hi" to them at shows, and welcome them to the band.

So that sums it up for now..  We can’t wait for our new album to get out to you, and we can’t wait to see all of you on tour!!   Thanks to everyone who has been writing us, who has picked up our last album, and to those who came out to our shows : )   CHEERS TO YOU, A NEW BEGINNING, & 2008!!!

                                             WE LOVE YOU ALL!!
