Well, alots changed in my life.  I really understand life and what's important now. family...bottom line.  whether it's my actual family, the crew I would do anything for, or my girl kristen...family is what's up! "friends"  are like fans...they can turn on you in a second. So many weak minded people look for anything they can feel better about themselves with.  My misfortunes, my successes...ya feel me? People hate what they can't understand. People hate the fact that I'm high on life. Thinkin I don't deserve to be cause their not...I've worked hard for everything I have, and no one can take that from me. So as I look back at a past of hundreds of "friends", I stand here today with double digits of "family"  It takes a while to weed out the bad, but I've done it. Everyone I surround myself with now is what lifes all about.  I don't know if I could have a bad day with these cats by my side.  Much love to the family, and my prayers to the haters.

Much love and respect out to my homie Jake Vanderbosch.  He was recently killed in Iraq, fuckin basterds.  It couldn't have happened to a greater guy.  You will forever be missed Jake and I thank you for having such an impact on my life.
