I am a singer. I am a songwriter. I am a performer and I am a lover of mankind. All of these things I learned from the greatest artist this world will ever know, Michael Jackson.
Michael Jackson is the reason I first took interest in music. My earliest memories are of me and my brother watching Moonwalker and trying to mimic every sound and every move he made. I remember being so captivated by every performance. I would sit for hours in my room listening to and studying his records with dreams of one day writing and singing songs of my own. My favorite memory of all is when I was 3 years old my dad helped my brother and I shoot a music video at home. These are only a few of the many memories that rushed through my head when reading the words MICHAEL JACKSON DIES across the bottom of my TV screen.
It is weird crying over the loss of a man whom I have never met, but it sure feels like Michael was a dear friend. I can't imagine how his family feels. What saddens me the most is that it took Michael's passing for people to show positive support. Where was this support when he was alive? I hope that everyone remembers Michael Jackson for who he really is, not the King of Pop, but the KING OF MUSIC.

Hello all! Some unexpected things have set us back a few weeks on the release of my new album, but I can promise you it's going to be well worth the wait. I am very proud of each and every one of these songs. Scotty Huff did a wonderful job producing and one of my favorite mixing engineers, Jeff Juliano (Dave Matthews Band, John Mayer, Jason Mraz, Josh Kelley, Lifehouse, Paramore) is going to be mixing it. I will be giving away a free mp3 soon, so be sure to check back for details on how you can receive one! I want to thank everyone who submitted their covers.
