Hey, I just got my windows tinted! This is a huge accomplishment for me, since I wanted to get this done when I bought the car brand new, just about 2 years ago! lol!!!
Here's a lil timeline of the recent events with my car...
Check out a couple pics below (in order from past to the present):
1. A crazy drunk /drugged lady in a brand new xB almost hits me at about 65mph, in a 35mph zone. I use my driving skill (drifting) to manuver away from her, but she hits van in front of me at full speed.
2. On the 57 N FWY, and I end up running over a 4" x 4" block of wood with the edge of my front/left wheel going about 75-80mph, bending my rim pretty badly. I'm just lucky I didn't spin out, or damage anything else.
3. Dealer could run up to $400 or so just to replace the stock 17" rim, and install. I found one on eBay for about $100 including shipping, Alignment was like $60.
4. After two years of owning this car, a lot has happened...to the point where I was about to get rid of it, and fork over more cash for something new... But obviously I kept it, and tinted the windows after about 2 years of originally planning it.
