We rehearsed last night, and all is go for our performance this evening at the Lion's Lair. Our set is at 9:30 and will feature a spade-full of new jams, maybe a couple you've heard.

Wow. Technology.

Anyway, we'll be DJ-ing an hour set and playing an hour set today starting at 4:00 on KVDU's webcast radio station! FUN! Listen to us play some new material, some old material... we might give a shout out to your grandma for all you know, so it's worth a listen for sure.

Here's the link:

http://kvdu.du.edu/

Just click the "Listen Live" tab. When I click it on my mac, I get a radio icon in my iTunes music library.. not sure what happens on a PC, but it's worth a try.

¡Gracias!

Hello e'rbody!

We have not been fair to you.

We have left and have not taken the responsibility on to inform you of precisely wtf.

Vitamins will be rehearsing and performing henceforth as a three-piece ensemble.

This does not exactly mean we will never again be a four-piece.

We'll schedule shows soon. We promise.

Thanks,

Hey guys - really quickly, if you already downloaded and printed that first ticket I posted the other day for the show tomorrow... it was a bad ticket with the wrong date. I reloaded the correct file, so please, print away and tell all y'all's friends.

Thanks!!

Hello again, y'all -

Just a quick reminder about our show on Wednesday at the Larimer Lounge with a great touring band, the Weather Underground! We've posted a photo of a discount ticket you are more than welcome to print millions of and bring with you for a great deal on the door and I believe you get a cheap beer with the ticket. So please, click, print, and come rock with us.

Thanks! See you Wednesday!

Hey... EVERYONE!

Remember that CD release show a bunch of you maybe couldn't go to for one reason or another... well... you can live the moment in glorious hi-fidelity by trekking your way to one of the following (until further notice)...:

Twist & Shout
Wax Trax

Both of these fine establishments are selling our brand new record, Calliope, at the unbelievably affordable price of $10. That's cheaper than iTunes by our count - 13 whole songs, some of them brand-spankin' new!!

Also, we're in the process of setting up a paypal account so all of you from outside the realm of Denver can have a crack at getting one too... stay tuned.

Thanks for listening!

Hey y'all - thanks for sticking with us through a hairy couple of months littered with shows and busily trying to finish up the record. It is done... or at least it will be later on this evening, and we're more than excited to release Calliope to anyone who cares to hear it.

We hope you can join us in celebrating its' release this coming Saturday, May 17th at the Walnut room. While we understand that a certain MIA will also be performing that night. However, her show is at the Fillmore, which is a venue that typically closes up shop early, so there's a great chance you can catch both shows. We'd love to have you come and support us.

Don't forget to come early for Widowers and Shenni Davis (all the way from Seattle!) as well.

See you soon, we hope!
Best,
Vita(wo)men
