While Divided by Zero takes an indefinite hiatus, you can check out some of the members' other projects at the following locations-

Singer Zach Goode dj's an 80's night every Wednesday at Gilly's, a bar in North Park San Diego. You can check out the page and his playlists at Whatever! Wednesday

Zach is also recording a solo album. You can check out some acoustic demos and get updates at Zachary Goode

Guitarist Spook is currently playing guitar in San Diego alt-rock band Vocoder. You can check out Vocoder's page at Vocoder

Bassist Rice is an accomplished engineer and producer and is busy recording bands in his San Diego recording studio. You can contact Rice for recording or session work through his page at Rice on Bass

As far as the future of Divided by Zero is concerned, we will direct you to System Of A Down frontman Serj Tankian, who recently answered a number of questions he's frequently asked, including one regarding the status and future of System Of A Down. Here's what he had to say to that:

"SOAD is currently on an indefinite hiatus after 10+ years of being a touring and recording band. SOAD is not a corporation that needs to put out a product every year to sustain. We're a group of artists and we create music together when we want to. We are enjoying prioritizing other artistic and personal efforts. We're all friends and supportive of each others' art. If and when we need to speak as one to the world, the world will be aware."

'Nuff said.

DBZ drummer has realized one of his professional dreams of a drum sponsorship with Noble and Cooley.

As a company, Noble & Cooley has a rich heritage that is as singular and remarkable as the drums themselves. Founded in 1854 by Silas Noble and James Cooley, the company has been producing drums for over 140 years. They were one of the primary manufacturers of marching drums for the Union Army during the Civil War. Still owned and operated by direct descendants of James Cooley, the Noble & Cooley Company of today is run from the same rustic location in Granville, Massachusetts.

For many years, Noble & Cooley served primarily the toy drum market. It was in 1980 that company vice-president Jay Jones (Great-great-great grandson of James Cooley) decided to enter the professional drum arena. Working closely with designer Bob Gatzen and pulling out of retirement a steam bending machine old enough to have survived a company fire in 1889, N&C introduced the Solid Shell Maple Classic snare drum in late 1983. The drum was a huge success and revolutionized the drum industry to a degree no one could have expected.

It is precisely this combination of innovation and tradition that fuels Noble & Cooley to this day. Attention to detail and the relentless pursuit of perfection are the motivating ideals of their company philosophy. Their commitment to excellence is the reason why Noble & Cooley are called by many "The World's Best Drums."

Look for Jason to be rocking his custom kit as soon as it's made to his unique specs. Congrats Jason!
