So, yesterday I had an audition for an Invisalign commerical and had a good feeling about it...

Well, I got it :)

I will be shooting the first week of March. I'm not sure when it will air, but I'm super stoked. I go tomorrow to get my teeth fit for Invisalign.

I never thought I would be so excited to go to the orthodontist :P

LATINA TEEN MAY BE MISS CALIFORNIA

A local teen was recently recruited to participate in the Miss California Teen
Pageant in Los Angeles on Nov. 24 and 25. Bianca Andrea Mettler, an
all-around 15-year-old from Arroyo Grande, will represent the Central
Coast in the event. To say the least, this girl is simply amazing.



The daughter of Mark and Gabriella Mettler, Bianca is of German and
Hispanic descent and is bilingual. She is a sophomore attending Olive
Grove Charter School in San Luis Obispo and has a 4.3 GPA. Her future
goals include attending Cal Poly and Julliard.



When asked what example she would like to set for teens in California,
Bianca responded, "I would like to promote literacy nationwide." She also
would like to see more self respect among young women and is proud to
wear a purity ring that was a gift from her parents.



Bianca has many passions in life. She dances ballet, pointe, jazz, lyrical, and
hip-hop, and is a company ballet dancer for the Ballet Theatre of San Luis
Obispo. Her acting career has grown in the productions of many plays
including "The 12 Days of Christmas" and "Peter & The Wolf." She also
plays the piano, loves to read, and is currently writing a science fiction
thriller.



For fun, Bianca likes to hang out with friends and family, go to concerts,
shop, see a movie, and eat her favorite foods- chile rellenos and sopa de
albondigas. She'll show off her creativity at this year's Harvest Festival
Chili-Fest with her home-made chili. A person Bianca admires is the Artistic
Director at the Ballet Theatre of SLO, Teresa Slobodnik, a dancer and
mentor.



The Miss California Teen Pageant is a competition that selects the
representative for the state of California in the Miss Teen USA pageant.
It is part of the Miss Universe Organization, which is owned by Donald
Trump. The competition involves private interviews with a panel of judges
and then advances to showcasing swimsuits and evening gowns.
