what is Rockseia 12.84? Rockseia 12 is the name of the bad guy from the motion picture "X-Or a message from space" (Gabin Uchu kara no messaji in japanese ^^). And the number 84 was added in reference to 1984 from George Orwell, a fabulous book I suggest everybody to read.
This just a name and it took a while to find it maybe you dislike, may-be not, who cares?
