Same As Above (Exclusive) Only I Make A Beat Personal Tailored For You (The Artist) You Will Own Half And I Own Half Of The Beat/Instrumental And The Beat Can Not Be Re-Sold Unless I Buy The Beat Back Under A Total Understanding With The Artist That Buys The Beat/Instrumental First
Non-Exclusive :
These Beats/Instrumentals Are Property Of L.E. Patterson (Lost Muzik) 100% Until Someone Buy It Exclusively Meaning That You Can Use The Beat/Instrumental For Mixtapes, Demo Disc, Etc. I Can Re-Sell The Beat/Instrumental If I See Fit
