Booking Policy-A 25 percent deposit is required to confirm booking ($100 Minimum). A date will only be held without a deposit for 48 hours. Balance is due at the session. No materials will be released in any form without payment in full.

Singing your songs to me over the phone will not make studio time become available any sooner (this really happens).

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies- Cancellation or the rescheduling of hourly sessions less than 48 hours prior to session start will result in forfeiture of deposit. Block sessions cancelled or rescheduled less than 5 days before the first session start time will result in forfeiture of deposit.

Clearwave Recording Studio is closed for most religious holidays and all Alabama football games.

Jeremy Stephens

Lets Face it, a recording studio is only as good as the engineers who run it. Clearwave Studio is owned by recording engineer Jeremy Stephens. Jeremy earned a degree from The University of North Alabama in Entertainment Industry Management and completed an internship at the top studio, Masterfonics (now Emerald) in Nashville, Tn. Jeremy has engineered for legendary rock producer Johnny Sandlin (The Allman Brothers band, Widespread Panic, Dixie Dregs, etc…) working with artists such as Gregg Allman, Derek Trucks, Oteil Burbridge, The Aquarium Rescue Unit, Jupiter Coyote, and others. Jeremy opened Clearwave Studio in August 2002 to provide a home for his own production projects.
