1 cup dry pancake mix
1 large Spanish onion, sliced into rings

Directions:

1. Heat the oil in a large, deep skillet over medium high heat.
2. Prepare pancake mix according to package directions.
3. One
at a time, dip Spanish onion rings into the prepared pancake batter,
then into the hot oil. Fry until crispy and browned, about 3 minutes.

1-1/3 cloves garlic
1/3 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped
spinach, thawed and drained
1/3 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained
and chopped
1/3 (10 ounce) container Alfredo-style pasta
sauce
1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon and 2-1/4 teaspoons grated
Parmesan cheese
1/8 (8 ounce) package cream cheese,
softened

You
have scaled this recipe's ingredients to yield a new amount (4). The
directions below still refer to the original recipe yield (12).

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Place
garlic in a small baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven 20 to 30
minutes, until soft. Remove from heat. When cool enough to touch,
squeeze softened garlic from skins.
3. In
an 8x8 inch baking dish, spread the roasted garlic, spinach, artichoke
hearts, Alfredo-style pasta sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese
and cream cheese.
4. Cover and bake in the preheated oven 30 minutes, or until cheeses are melted and bubbly. Serve warm.

Perfect for people who can't have gluten. Serve warm with ice cream or
whipped cream, or simply dusted with icing sugar."

4 (1 ounce) squares semisweet chocolate,
chopped
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
3 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Grease an 8 inch round cake pan, and dust with cocoa powder.
2. In
the top of a double boiler over lightly simmering water, melt chocolate
and butter. Remove from heat, and stir in sugar, cocoa powder, eggs,
and vanilla. Pour into prepared pan.
3. Bake
in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then
turn out onto a wire rack and cool completely. Slices can also be
reheated for 20 to 30 seconds in the microwave before serving.

Streusel Topping




Yields: Makes enough for 1 ten-inch cake or




Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup packed light-brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • /4 teaspoon salt
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature

In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon,
and salt. Using a pastry blender or fork, cut in the butter until fine
crumbs form.


Using hands, squeeze together most of the mixture to form large clumps.



Note:

The topping can be frozen in an airtight container for up to 6 months.

    im entering a new chapter in life and in my art
i feel it in my bones
my head is all mixed and shaken like some exotic drink

ive been lost in all these influences and im not sure what im doing anymore i get my art stuff ready i set up my paints and then my images vanish into my daydreams

its like somethings eating it away sampling my sanity as it takes away my art
its really my only outlet

but i might have a soultion to my destress but i feel like my art is heading into a darker more insane turn

of course those of you near and dear to me will see these pieces adn cxan jugde for yourself if this is good or bad...

lets just hope i can hold on to whats left of my head i feel the need to explode

im happy with parts of my life
