Awesome EP - very diversified! You've got the latin vibes going on This is my time and funking up things on Rock The House and chilling it out on Guruji which is probably my favorite in the pack. Maybe its because its sunday and this tunes really gets me in the right mood.

March: Remix "All the people" by CMC&Silenta on the Label Manmaderecordings will be released on vinyl....it's a banger!!


April, 6th: Silenta's first release on Rocstar Recordings is a pumping remix of the Funkonomics-track "Circle Kid", which features the unbelieveable NINE LIVES THE CAT on the mic...CMC&Silenta are happy to find themselves on this release amongst guys like Just Banks, Parker, Umbo, Badboe and many others....


May, 11th: "Crawling up the spout" on Tal M. Klein's Label Aniligital Music...an unbelievable get up and shake your ass to the end of it- breakbeat-remix of Tal M Kleins original version by CMC& Silenta.......



May, 21th: CMC&Silenta- Rmx of Zamali's "Little Buddha" (Pig Balls Rec.)


June, 3rd: CMC&Silenta- Rmx of Stefunk's "Everyone loves to dance"- Track. One of our best Remixes yet...FUNKY SHIT!

BIO


14-year Thilo gave up playing his annoying keyboard making songs when his teacher brought this hell of a Technics Workstation in the classroom – he immediately got addicted to producing beats. After spending weeks in front of that thing and daily stretching his teacher’s nerves he wanted to have his own one, too late for well-behaved playing.

He met Peter two years later in 1995–  after a heavy party both worked on their first song till dawn, on a trashy computer – they realised they were looking for the same style and ideas. They invested all their money in a small home recording studio, after some time they successfully published songs under the name of ||:mono:|| poly on different international labels.

After some years Thilo started his own project SILENTA. He took Saxophone- lessons and started to integrate samples in his tracks, soon he began a collabo with Dj CMC, together they are mixing bombs on different projects…CMC stung him to open up a Myspace account - Silenta did so, and 3 weeks later he felt very happy when he had 3 deal-offers laying on his desk.

He now has a deal with Rocstar Recordings which is about to release this first EP.
