Well The Black Mass Car Show '08 was a complete success!
The day started out sunny and 80 degrees. First off all the car clubs filed in and the BBQing and the beer drinking got underway.
At about 3pm the rest of the cars and motorcycles started filing in and filling the lot.
Everyone had a few hours to mingle, check out the cars, bikes and custom lowriders and home built bicycles brought by The New Brighton Low Riders. We even had time to fill our bellies with some good BBQ. Our Nocturnal sponsored skater Justin was on hand for anyone who needed some pinstriping done and he worked on striping his friend's "Dirty '30". There were even pin-up shoots going on in the lot.
At 5 it was time for the bands to begin. The Throbbing Hot Rods started out the sets of bands with their Minnesota brand of surf style. We then had a small intermition of a Nocturnal product toss. Then we got word it looked like it was gonna RAIN! I made an announcement that people may wanna roll up their windows due to the oncoming weather.
Just about then I went outside and noticed about 3/4 of the cars and about half the bikes had left. The remaining bikes had pulled their bikes onto the side walk, under the overhang out of the rain. Dillon of The Lucky Bastards Car Club and Corpse Show Creeps fame, even pulled the front of his '29 Ford up onto the side walk to protect his engine from getting wet and stayed. We had a few people bring their cars home and come back for the rest of the bands. The rain came, then the hail. It rained for about 5 minutes then the sun came back out.
About then it was time for The Spent .50's set. The Spent .50's totally rocked the house with their Southern California style greaser punk. About then it was time for another product hand out. The girls from The Foxes Den donated about a dozen tins of Murray's Pomade to hand out and a few make-up goodies for the ladies!
As I headed outside for another smoke and a beer, I noticed more clouds rolling in. Shortly after that the tornado sirens went off. There were some creepy clouds looming overhead that looked pretty threatening. Luckily this too passed.
We still had 3 more bands to anticipate going on! Wow! What a long day. Al the rest of the bands rocked as usual. Lazy Ike and Hot Rod Hearse were having so much fun that they went long with their sets!
After a talk with the bartenders and wraping it all up it turns out throughout the whole day 13, 24 pack cases of PBR tall boys were drank all day! That's alot of beer.

Next year we hope to make The Black Mass Car Show even bigger and better yet still keeping it a back yard BBQ kinda feel.
SEE YA NEXT YEAR! THANKS TO ALL THOSE WHO CAME OUT!

Well we here at Nocturnal are very busy getting everything together. This originally started because yours truely was bored with the clothing I was wearing and wanted something of my own to wear that I liked. Eventually people were asking for them more and more. So I went out on a limb and had more made. Suprisingly I sold out of everything I had. Now with the help of my friends and my family I'd like to reach a lager audiance and give everyone a chance to get their hands on one of their favorite designs.

I grew up listening to alot of different music. Mostly stuff you couldn't hear on the radio or music my father was playing. As a youngster I was heavily influenced by music like Johnny Cash, Hank Williams and Merle Haggard. As I grew older I listed to alot of underground punk music but now in my later years I've returned to my roots and even finding more diverse music that fused my two loves, PSYCHOBILLY! Bands Like Necromantix, Horrorpops, Mad Sin, Hank III.

Nocturnal represents a way of life like that of so many, that involves Cars, Music, Booze, Women, Motorcycles, B Horror Film, and the ways of the 50's. We try and show that in our designs.

So thank you for your support and stay tuned. Thinks are gonna start to rock.
