Dream Big, but take Bigger Action!

You should always follow your dreams and your heart. Don't be afraid to think big and outside the box. But you must be willing to make the sacrifices and feel the pain. There is a price for everything we want and everything we do.

     Everyone has a dream, but will you act upon it. Words are usually empty. Intentions are just hesitations. Seeking acceptance and understanding is just being afraid.
     Put yourself out there and live your dream. Feel the rush. Feel success, feel failing, feel happiness, feel sadness. It is your life and no one elses. Therefore no one else to blame. Your dream is just that, your dream.
     Make it your reality and don't look back. You can't have yesterday back. Just keep forging a path ahead. A path you most often can't see or even predict. Spend your dream on every breath. You won't lose it, you will live it. What you save in yourself each day is a waste.
     Don't be afraid. Don't let fear suffocate you. Don't let regret antagonize you. Push your dream out into today and tomorrow.

Prayers & Thoughts with Buddy's Family

Nate called and told me last night of the passing of our friend and former drummer Clarence "Buddy" Williams. He was a good guy and full of jokes and life. He was always the life of the party. I will always remember him and he will always be a part of the SOI Family. My thoughts & prayers go out to the Williams' family. May you have strength and peace in these hard times. Thank you Buddy for the memories, always rocking!

Farewell to Fat Tracks Studios

We couldn’t have picked a better time to record our latest CD. We are not even done yet and I heard that Fat Tracks is closing April 1. I have nothing but fond memories of the studio and I am honored to be part of one of the last bands to record there.

I really liked the atmosphere at Fat Tracks and I felt at home. Thank you Rick Davis for providing a studio for musicians to record their ideas and dreams and also for providing a learning environment. I learned alot from our early demos with Max Reese and up until present with the recording of "The Resurrection" under the production and engineering of Nick Forcillo.
