Things arnt gonna be the same around here anymore. We are all still friends, which is a miracle after what we have been through as a band. I have been playing music with these guys since i was 17. We are sick of the scene, sick of clevelands scene, sick of spending hours online, sick of fighting for things because we chose to sound the way we do instead of like Chiodos or some bullshit screamo hacks, im tired of being broke and unable to pay for myself. we are just tired in general.

So whats happening then? Well the one thing we arnt tired of is writing and performing music. So we are writing and will be recording more new songs. We will be working with bigger producers this time, and concentrating on the music and less on myspace promotion. We arnt giving up, we just need a break, and we need to make changes in our sound, image, and the way things are handled and run. We might change our name. These songs dont sound much like the stuff weve done in the past. a lil more grown up i think...

We have a whole cd we recorded that will probably never reach your ears. So im gonna share some of it with you. I put a song up called "Breaking" so check that out.
we miss you all. thanks for the support over the years.

Wake Up!

I fear you when you're next to me and I see you in my dreams,
We're gonna make believe you're nothing more than sex to me,
Until I can come clean, we're gonna make believe.

You're nothing that I need,
You make me incomplete.

(Wake up! Wake up! Boy, you better wake up!)
Before the sun goes down on me.
(Wake up! Wake up! Boy, you better wake up!)
It's gonna kill me in my sleep.

I crave you like a junkie that has not got his fix,
But I'm bout to tell you this: you're nothing more than a fuck to me,
come on baby, until we can come clean, we're gonna make believe.

You're nothing that I need,
(Can't you see that?)
You make me incomplete.

(Wake up! Wake up! Boy, you better wake up!)
Before the sun goes down on me.
(Wake up! Wake up! Boy, you better wake up!)
It's gonna kill me in my sleep.

In my sleep...

Bang Bang Baby

Let's get this party started! Oh yeah, it's time to move.
You've got it coming baby. I've got my eye on you.
Get out on the dance floor, I want to see you sweat.
Move your body baby, you know I want your....

Say anything you want, you know you've got my ear.
Tell me what you want baby, you have nothing to fear.
I know you know you want me, you know I want you too.
I do, I do.

Bang bang baby, you know you drive me crazy.
Just say that you're my lady.
You'll be my bang bang baby tonight.
Lights flashing and everybody's dancing.
If we keep on romancing,
You'll be my bang bang baby tonight.

Now move your body closer, show me what you got.
Dance a little lower, my god you turn me on.
Your curves destroy me baby, just like an hourglass.
The way you dance up on me, the way you shake that...

Ask anything you want, you know you've got my ear.

If we keep on romancing,
You'll be my bang bang baby tonight...

Baby tonight, maybe tonight.
(Let's get this party started, let's get this party started)
Baby tonight, baby tonight, maybe tonight.
(Let's get this party started, let's get this party started)
Baby tonight, maybe tonight, maybe tonight.

Wake Hollywood has signed with TQ Mangement (Forever the Sickest Kids, Vanilla Ice) out of Plano, TX.

Says Chuck Quon of TQ Management,"TQ is very excited to be working with Wake Hollywood. We saw something unique in them that we know will take them very far in the industry. With great songs and a great live show, we know we can help this band get to the top." The band is also very excited to be working with the team. "We have been talking to them for almost a year now, and it just feels right," says singer Evan McKeever. "They support us artistically, and they share the same vision for the band."

The Ohio band is working hard on songs for their upcoming full length, due out in early summer. They will team up with producer Bryan Patrick (Cherry Monroe, Between Home and Serenity) for some of the record, and are looking at working with a few other producers as well. They have tentatively named the album Never Feel Afraid, and have already penned 20 songs for the disc. The songs are turning out very unique and different than whats going on right now, but the singles will still be there. "We love pop music, so of course that’s going to influence this record," says Guitarist Kyle Wendling. "While a lot of artist are shying away from the radio, we want to embrace it as our best friend." The band plans to hit the road after the CD is done and start the takeover of peoples hearts everywhere.

Wake Hollywood’s motto has always been, "We won’t stop until we win you over," and it looks like the band is on their way to do just that.
