If you haven't heard, Fell Far Behind has been in LA recording a new record!!! So far things are sounding amazing and we couldn't be happier with the way everything is coming together. This release will be highly marketed and exposed so look out for us on MySpace, PureVolume, and other music sites, in August. The record - "Reaching the Red Line" will be released September 4th! Hey everyone! We've been a little quiet lately, but with good reason. Writing and preparation for our new release has been under way! We head to Los Angeles CA on June 23, 07 to begin tracking our new CD. We will be working with Chad Blinman (Saves the Day, Face to Face, The Get Up Kids) at King Size Sound Labs . Our good friend and mentor Marcus Lacovara will be with us on our journey to help produce the record and keep us safe from all LA distractions. The album will be released in early fall, so don't forget, and keep checking back for updates!

This has all been made possible by you! We can't thank everyone enough for helping us win five rounds of the GarageBand.com Face Off! As you can see we are putting our winnings to good use =)

Five long days and five excruciating long nights, endless hours of determination and relentless promotion, and most importantly, the dedication of loyal friends and fans, have led Fell Far Behind to victory!

In the fifth round of the GarageBand.com Face-Off, the band was offered 25,000 dollars, and given the option to turn down the money for a chance at a Capital Records recording contract. After considering the many risks of signing a major label contract, and already knowing what 25 grand can do for a band, we decided to take the money and run! Fell Far Behind will be using the money to record a brand new record, get serious marketing/ and promotion for the record, and tour support! We expect to put a serious dent in the scene. Get ready kiddies, Fell Far Behind is just getting revved up!

We can not express the amount of gratitude we have right now for everyone who has helped us, supported us, voted for us, and has even given up the last five days to get others voting as well.

We began to make a list of shout-outs and thank-yous, but we just couldn..t post the list. It is inevitable to forget someone because of the magnitude of people who have contributed to our success. A huge shout out and thank you to the peeps on the streets (you know who you are), who spent hours at malls, stores, and colleges.
