So we received a notice from our web hosting company to say that we were already running out of bandwidth for the month. It turns out we had some coverage on a Russian synthpop website - http://www.synthema.ru/17393-empty-digital-instrumental-pack-2009.html

786 downloads (and counting) of the free Digital Instrumental Pack in the past week, mostly originating from Russia and Ukraine. Freebies obviously go down well over there!

We thought we'd share some of the latest from the upcoming album, here on the myspace player is an unmastered preview of a new track called The Centre.

Expect to hear more over the next few months as we're locking down the album track list mid-November to focus on finalizing the mixes and preparing the album for launch.

Free to download is the Empty Digital Instrumental Pack. This collection of tracks is made up of various mixes of songs from earlier releases and live backing layers intended for use as movie and game soundtrack material. We'd like to offer this as a gift to the people out there to show our appreciation and to say thanks for your support over the years.

We're pleased to announce that Empty releases are now available on FiXT Records, the label responsible for Celldweller and distributors of some of our favourite independent artists including iammynewt, Angelspit & I Will Never Be The Same.

Winter is beginning to set in early here in the beautiful city of Sydney and we've been locked away in the studio with an endless supply of hot coffee. Still working on the existing track list for the album and piecing together new ideas. We've spent a long time searching, but we've now found the right sound that we want for this album and are doing a few track rewrites to flow within the style.


We've been busy just keeping on top of things but also have a few bonuses in the works. We're doing a handful of remixes for some of our favourite artists, designing new Empty merch and have begun to work on a new instrumental production code-named Nothing Of Anything (NOA).


Visually we've been focusing on new art and themes for the upcoming album, new photography ideas and concepts for a new music video to coincide with it all.


It's a long process, but we're making the most of it and working towards an outcome that we'll be happy with. Thank you to everyone who is following us for your support and patience.

We are back in Aphotic Studios piecing together the debut album! The idea is to capture a different kind of energy or emotion with each track while still maintaining an overall flowing theme for the album. Surfacing.
