nice one for letting everyone know when the kerrang interview was aired mate, masterly piece of organisation. it was a week and 2 days ago for anyone interested

woohooo, bed again, it's lovely. check out the pics - some of the people we met, nights we had and gigs we played. We made great friends, the band we toured with, Reckless Sons, some of the finest people you could know. With their songs firmly engraved in our heads and slogans in our hearts (we're gonna fuck this shit up maaan!!!... Dope dude!...Oxford rocks!...etc. Oxford didn't in fact rock - the people were lovely but the crowd was teeny) - we prepare to bid them farewell at Beachdown this weekend which is a pretty amazing place to say goodbye so there we go. Ameliano, Jacob, Austin and Mat - we love you all, remember you forever xxx

Hey everybody. Weve just done an interview for Kerrang radio at their HQ in Birmingham, held by the lovely Emma Scott. Had a right laugh with her and she seemed to really like Greg's hair?! Who doesnt to be honest, it's a masterpiece.

The interview will be aired on Kerrang radio at some point pretty soon, we'll let u know exactly when as soon as we know.

Greetings all! Just a quick hello and an update on what we're up to n ting.

We're roughly half way through now, we've so far experienced some of the high's and low's of what this touring malarkee is all about. It all started with us beginning the tour- travelling hundreds of miles to play to.... well..... the soundman?! In Oxford we actually encountered a live episode of the venue sacking the soundman after our set, and couldnt help but feel bad for the poor fella. "Hang in there soundman, something else will turn up we're sure" we sympathetically whispered to the man with his head in his hands.

Further up north the shows are really starting to pick up. The turnouts are getting much better and we can't help but feel that the people up here are quality.

Thank you very much "Fraz" for letting us all crash at your place on sunday in Leeds, and thank u also for the invite to that insane party in someones front garden at 4am, that was a pretty wicked nite. In leeds we also managed to pick up a roady/promoter/scouse sweetheart by the name of "Jonny B". Jonny has been on the road with us for a few days now and is doing a grand job at...... well...... being Jonny B.

That's it for now, we're off to steal as much coffee, tea, and sugar as we can from tonights travelodge. And who knows, we might even chuck a TV out the window.

Hello all! In the middle of our current UK tour were hosting a party in honour of the release of our second single "Money". This will be held at Audio on thursday 31st of July, 'doors' at 7ish.

What we mean by 'doors' is a massive BBQ and a huge Jagermeister drinks promotion for all to enjoy responsibly (or not as the case may be).

Its gonna be a FREE night, music from Transformer and The Splendour for you to all get down and dirty to. And if that aint enough, we are GIVING AWAY TWO WEEKEND TICKETS TO BEACHDOWN FESTIVAL AFTER OUR SET!!!!

All you gotta do is turn up, grab a hard copy of 'Money' for 2squid, sit back and wait for your raffle number to be called and you could be off to see us, Fun luvin' criminals, De la soul, Jazzy Jeff and shitloads of other bands at the end of August.

Will be a wicked night and our last party for quite a while as we're back on the road shortly after. Everyone is welcome so don't be shy!

we're going to put a few out-takes of the video up for you to have a look at cos they're pretty cool but here's a quick run down on how we made it...

The plan was to originally walk into a shop and nick a load of stuff and film the result (Justin's stupendous brainwave) and everyone thought, thats stupid Justin, whats the point in getting a criminal record for the sake of a music video. So the idea got amended a bit - we'll plant a box in the shop, walk in, take it, somehow set off the alarms and leg it.
So that's what we did. accept we didn't set off the alarms, we just told them we were going to take it - more reliable.

We packed the box with fake splendour money so the security guys would have something to play with when they found out it was a hoax. To be honest we didn't know how much shit we would get in for wasting their time and there was the chance we'd be carted off in a police car thinking 'they were supposed to open the box!'

but it was a laaaaaaaf!

we filmed the inside shop scenes on a couple of phone cameras (which is why it's a bit wobbly) - with friend stef and Justin's girlfriend Brigit pretending they were chatting while filming so the shop people wouldn't twig - stef got an amazing shot of the guys legging it out of the shop. Nick (cameraman supreme) and John (Camerman stoned), were waiting outside with a couple of quality cameras to make sure we had some nice n shiny footage too.

bit of a shaky start to the day, John and photographer Rob (surnames withheld) were arrested at 10 in the morning for sparking up a joint in the car on the way to the shoot (see out-takes). They were free by lunch and no longer stoned - so resilient to the idea of getting arrested twice in a day then.

All the rest we blagged on the day - big thanks to Baroque, the jewelry shop for letting us film there. And massive thanks to the guys in the shop (named after a spicy takeway?) for being fucking wicked - when they realised it was a joke they said it was the best thing that had happened all week.

When you're flicking through your freeview channels next time, you may just hear a familiar toon. "Wrong" is being used for a week for a trailor on E4. Unfortunately it's for a show called big brothers big mouth, which i can honestly tell you is the worst programme ever constructed by man or beast.

Fuckin' good track on the trailor for it tho.....

we're playing at guilfest on friday afternoon. if anyone fancys it and wants tickets get them from us cos we'll get them cheaper.
