Overall our house has 8 suites accommodating 16 single person bedrooms. There are 8 kitchens, 17 bathrooms, 8 living rooms, 11 balconies, 1 chapter room, 1 party/game room, 1 laundry room, and one parking garage. We have one of the largest, nicest, and most unique fraternity houses of Long Beach State.
Our house is located at 1067 Grand Ave. Long Beach, CA 90804. We are the closest fraternity houses to campus.
