GRIP / PA / AD OPPORTUNITIES:

Description of Film: Chuck Wheeler is one bad SOB, and he let's people know it. See Chuck Wheeler kick some ass and uphold justice in the action-packed trailer for "Wheeler: U.S. Marshal."

Also, as part of an independent study class this semester we are planning to turn Wheeler into a short series with three all new episodes. We are looking for crew members who'd be willing to help out with grip work, PAs, and even an AD. We're hoping to get the episodes done in time for film finals this year. So if you could pass the word along to the contacts you have through here we'd really appreciate it.

A brief synopsis of the new episodes: Wheeler: U.S. Marshal is a satirical take on the classic "cop story" with a veiled social commentary. The story will follow our hero Chuck Wheeler, an unstoppable law-enforcement machine whose only mobile appendage is his left foot. When Wheeler and his partner Mack foil a large-scale drug ring, Wheeler finds love, loses his partner, and uncovers the most sinister narcotics scheme ever devised. There will be action, there will be blood, somebody's head will explode and it will be great fun for everyone!

The dates we're looking to work on this is Monday, March 17th, during the week of spring break March 24-27, and if we're not done we'll continue to the March 30th - April 1st. We hope to do the majority of shooting over spring break though. That's a pretty rough schedule at this point, we just finished auditions yesterday and we're going to choose our cast this afternoon, so we have to see when they're available.

ATTENTION EDITORS: (message by a page member)

Hi there,

I have started a company that does conferences and seminars. Most recently, we have done a national attornies summit that is getting international distribution as an eight dvd set.

I could really use some help. The amazing thing is.... It's paying! If you know of any editors who can edit two hours of the same event into one, I can pay $40-50. And they will get their name on a dvd set that will be in stores like borders, barnes & noble, and all the other bog ones.
