Current mood:  cold
I know we've been quiet lately
so I thought I'd send a little update
We started recording earlier this month
we tracked basics to 5 songs at my studio here in SF
we also have 3 we recorded awhile back and a few we haven't quite figured out
we're looking to narrow it down to an ep that we'll self release in the new year
maybe more, maybe less, not really sure yet
I have other projects I have to finish in the studio right now
I'll probably spend most of my time on them over the next month
then we'll resume work on these songs

I posted a couple photos for you to check out
if the studio looks interesting to you
contact me at robot@littleechoes.com and let's talk

Also, Adam is recovering from the shoulder surgery he had earlier this month
feel free to send him a "how ya doin'" here or at the Jawbreaker page he maintains
being laid out is rough on a drummer, he'd love to hear from you.......

Current mood:destructive
from the San Francisco Bay Guardian July 9-15th:

MONDAY (14th)
MUSIC
A Black Light
San Francisco-based post-rock band a Black Light delivers a modern interpretation of that classic Hüsker Dü sound, with driving, melodic heaviness. Little Echoes' Shawn Biggs, engineer and producer of Saros, Kelley Stoltz, and Bonfire Madigan acclaim, lays down the hooks on bass, while Adam Pfahler (Jawbreaker) provides dynamic percussion. Guitarist, singer, and songwriter Chris Darosa lends his melodic lyricism to the mix. Looking for a mind-bending, ear-blasting way to spend your Monday night? A Black Light is sure to please. We posted a new song to listen to and download. It is a live version of Thin and Tired from our show at the Knockout on June 18th. Enjoy. We'll be posting a new song each week leading up to our show at the Bottom of the Hill on Monday July 14th with Cervantes and Good City Lie Still.

More news, songs and mayhem to follow in the next 2 weeks.

We'll keep you updated............
