That is the date that our new album "Above the Earth, Below the Sky" will be up for pre-order with the Mylene Sheath.  Check out the artwork below (which was done by Charlie Wagers @ Three Bears Design and looks amazing), and use the links below to connect with the fine label that is the Mylene Sheath.  We are couldn't be happier that this is finally coming out on vinyl, so we hope you enjoy!

Hello everyone.  Long time no update.  Just wanted to let everyone know what's happening in our camp at the present time.  First and foremost, we are playing a couple shows with our labelmates in Beware of Safety, Gifts From Enola and Constants on October 23rd in Harrisonburg, VA @ The Blue Nile.  Also, we are playing with Beware of Safety on October 27th in Akron @ Annabell's.  It may be our last show for awhile, so come out and hang.  We'll get you home early...or drunk...whichever.

Secondly, our good friends at the Mylene Sheath will be releasing our new album "Above the Earth, Below the Sky" on vinyl in the beginning of November.  Three Bears did the design work (they also did Gifts From Enola's new album art) and it looks fantastic. Keep checking here and the Mylene Sheath's myspace for news in regards to preorders and the like.

Lastly, BMXers are apparently fans of the trees.  We've recently licensed some songs for Levi's BMX team, one of which is embedded on our profile, with a second video to come.  Nike 6.0 will also be using our music in some videos, so we'll keep you posted as that progresses.  We're also working on new material that will hopefully surface sometime next year.  It sounds brutal.

Anyways, thanks to everyone who has supported us and purchased something Tree's related.  We wouldn't have made it this far without you and hopefully you'll keep tabs on us going forward.  Thanks, and we'll see you at the show!

Hey everyone.  If you are inquiring about having us play a show, be in your movie, or anything business related to the Trees, please email us @ procedurerec@yahoo.com.  You will receive a much faster response, and we will be able to keep better track of communications as they come through.  We will still be frequently checking our myspace, and will hit you back if you have questions, but with the recent influx of event invitations and general shit mail, it would just be easier to communicate via email.

Anyways, on a bidness related note, we will be releasing our new album "Above the Earth, Below the Sky" on vinyl via The Mylene Sheath very soon.  Plans are being made, records are being pressed, and discussions are being had, so once we have a better handle on the situation, we will let everyone know.  The artwork is being done by Three Bears Design, who just recently did the art for Gifts From Enola's new record, and it looks bad ass to say the least.

Also, we have a few shows coming up:
October 23rd- Harrisonburg, VA @ The Blue Nile w/ Gifts From Enola, Beware of Safety and Constants
October 27th- Akron, OH @ Annabell's with Beware of Safety and Capt. Kneal and the Noisemakers (will be an early show and wrapped up around midnight for those of you who know how late Annabell's shows usually go.  We know it's a weekday and everyone has to get up early for the daily grind, so we made the show run a little early to help you through the early morning shakes).

That's all for now.  Thanks again for the support!

Hey Everyone!  We've been included in the film "Never Escape" by Jon Mancinetti, a Cleveland-based filmmaker.  We will have four songs included in the film, which is set to premier on Sunday, September 27th at the Cedar Lee Theater in Cleveland Heights, OH.  We are super stoked to be apart of it, and hope those of you in the area can make it out to support.  Poster, trailer, and information is listed below:

Hey everyone.  I've been decently lazy about posting all the press we've gotten lately, so here is a somewhat full list of what we've come across.  Read through, as some are features, some are reviews, and some are interviews.  We have a lot of exciting things coming up, so stay posted.  We also have an August run with Gifts From Enola, so please come out and support.  We will be rocking a good portion of the new disc, and as well as some older songs thrown in for good measure. Anyways, get to reading!

Hey everyone!  We just created a new merch store, and we think you'll dig it.  We'll be selling t-shirts, vinyl (while it lasts), cd's, and stickers.  Keep your eyes peeled for new additions as they come.  We will update everyone when new items are added.  Also, we have a slew of shows lined up in July/August, all of which you should check out if your in the area.  We will be playing a few places we haven't played, and many that we have, so please come and say hi.  We will rockin' with Mr. Gnome on June 27th.  They are on their way back from criss-crossing the country, and will be primed and ready for a hometown show.  In August, we will be with the mighty Gifts From Enola, who just released their new album "From Fathoms" last week, and it's sick.  Please come support.  Anyways, back to the matter at hand.  New merch store.  Easy process.  Check it out at: TREE'S WEB STORE!
