Well we seem to be on our way now in regards to our live performances... We are finally starting to get over the hurdles of computer-assisted music production and have managed to start practicing like a "real band".. Expect more vocal tracks in the future as well, we are planning on adding vocals on some of our tracks that were previously instrumentals...

Current mood:  bouncy
Me (ScottyP) and Earwigisbent were practicing our live playing yesturday, and all I can say is I wasn't prepared to face our own music. Some tracks we have done will be quite easy to translate into a live show, but others, such as Consumer Vampire, are going to be quite a test! Sometimes I don't know how I even made some of my own music. I primarily do the melodies and harmonies, while earwigisbent is more the guitar, percussion, and sometimes vocals guy. Sometimes I feel adventurous and create a song in a bizarre key which totally throws me off when I try and do some live improvisation on top of it. I generally do not program synth parts, except basslines, I almost always play them and try and get the timing right in the first shot. But those "interesting" tracks like consumer vampire, where all the production worked out great and the track developed at a frenzied pace, can really be a test to replicate again afterwards. Man if I can tackle that song I can tackle any of them though....
