WE ARE about to produce a MUSIC BOOK with LoopWhole.
A book about THE EmU SP1200, one of the first beat-sampler-machine.

Used today by most of the famous bands and electronic composers worldwide, this vintage machine is tracked for its so 12bits crispy sound.

LoopWhole - "transAtlantique", Abstract Hip Hop, USA.





The first LOOPWHOLE album is produced by 27Sens, out for the coming spring 2009.
Born from a collaboration across Atlantic ocean, between french mediterranean electro/break label 27SENS records, and LoopWhole, a hip hop beatmaker from Kenosha, Wisconsin, USA.

Strongly international, this project is graphicly designed by Swann, a french-barcelonian designer. All photos by Ryan Stancato, USA.

The result consists in a well-inspired and intelligent abstract hip hop album. Containing 17 tracks, with many referees to sci-fi french or american films.
Some rappers collaborations put worked out lyrics along the LP, straightly far from doggy stupid rap (Kandoo from WISCONSIN, Matt Gamin from California, Iz - ATLANTA, GA, Shape and Gabre - NEW JERSEY), and Doctor Noodle (France) prints one track with her melodies.

Soon available on 27Sens shop, iTunes, Amazon, Virgin & so on.

Doctor Noodle - "Trapped in darkness for eternity BOOK+CD"

She realized a CD when Emmanuel Kerner did a book, to release a pretty Book+Cd rare pack.

Mike 303 - "Funkologic EP"


Mike 303 (the numbers “303″ is a reference to Roland..s synthesizer which was very popular in the early stage of the making of electronic music) is a Dj and producer from Marseille, France. His release “Funkologic EP” is a fresh and honest tribute to the 80..s. The two tracks you can listen to here are some really high quality French House, at its very best! It..s comics, it..s videogames, chewing gums. It..s movies, it..s mix tapes and teenage discos. It..s love and and the butterflies in your stomach when you for the very first time asked for a dance with that cute girl with the pink leggins. It..s fucking brilliant! This first track is my absolute favorite and was the most wished song at a party I had at home this weekend.The track is, so properly, called “I Love 80..s“:
