Hi folks,

We are pleased to announce that we have found and enlisted a new drummer (instead of the crappy digital one we've had for about a year now). His name is Marcus, and besides being damn skilled with the sticks he is also absolutely crazy, which is pretty much what you want in a drummer (think Tommy Lee, Phil Collins and that furry guy from The Muppet Show). Did I mention he's English? Well he is.

Anyway, this is going to be something of a new start for the band, so stay tuned for more updates coming shortly.

PS - the work on the album is progressing steadily but slowly - DS

Just wanted to let you know that we are now streaming 3 songs from our upcoming EP on our MySpace site. The songs were mixed and co-produced by the one and only Kristian Anttila, and one of them is a cover of the Pet Shop Boys classic "Love Comes Quickly". The EP will (probably) contain 5 or 6 songs, and should be ready for release sometime this summer. We have yet to decide on a name for the record, but it will probably be something really cool and not at all pretentious. Right?

We have taken a break from recording and mixing our upcoming album to do a show at Club Gimmick, Henriksberg, Gothenburg, on the 30th of April.   

The album, set for release later this year, is mixed and co-produced by Kristian Anttila.

We are very proud to tell you that LoveIsNotMyOnlyCrime is included in the new photo book "I Take Pictures: Photographic Pictures" by Fredrik J E Svensson. This book contains over 240 pages and 500 images, all shot by Mr Svensson himself during the past ten years. The purpose of the book is to remember the performances you might have attended or wish you could have attended and at the same time make a contribution towards the battle against cancer - all proceeds will be donated to Cancerfonden in Sweden.
The first edition of the book also includes a CD with music from some of the artists in the book. LoveIsNotMyOnlyCrime is contributing with the song "A New Years Resolution" which is an unreleased demo.

In order to celebrate the ucoming release of the book, there will be a party/photo exhibition over at Musikens Hus in Gothenburg this Sunday. Be sure to drop by if you're in the neighbourhood! It's free, you know :)
