We are pleased to announce at last that we have recently signed a deal with Austrian label Ashen Productions. This will mean that the world will finally see our debut album in the coming months(no date has yet been set). We are currently putting the final 2 tracks set for inclusion on the album through the mill so to speak to seperate the wheat from the chaff.(of which there is little I might add!!)

Graveyard Dirt are very appreciative of this chance given to us by Robert at Ashen Productions and intend to repay his faith in us by giving him an album to be proud of.

Alternative-Zine.com :: Alon Miasnikov
"Simply put, this is classic British doom, atmospheric and somber, written and played in the best possible way."
Noise.fi :: 5 / 5 :: Jukka Kastinen
Review in Finnish.
Deathmetal.be :: 85 / 100 :: Heiko Isselée
"Amazing riffs, a classic sound, deep parlando vocals mixed with passionate chants, the music is dripping of a melancholy long time unheard."

Here are a few reviews of our last EP.

Metalireland.com :: 4.8 / 5 :: Ciarán Tracey
"Best of all its crammed with pure honesty of purpose and tone. Being melancholy without being mawkish is a hard thing to do, but Graveyard Dirt express themselves with both grace and power."
Metalstorm.ee :: 8.2 / 10 :: Marcel H.
"Ever longed back to the days when Anathema played great majestic doom/death and not some derivative sort of alternative rock pop inspired by Pink Floyd? Well, then you needn't read any further, just go out and buy this Shadows Of Old Ghosts ep."
Metal-invader.com :: 4 / 5 :: Chris Papadakis
"Good to see such bands going back in action. We for sure need such great music, we got many winters to spend and this kind of music can be the ideal company. Enough said the EP is a must have, so go for it."
Vampire-magazine.com :: Dave Waite
"...reawakens a sound not played this convincingly for nearly ten years.  A good start then for a band that will inevitably be a favorite among all you soppy old doomsters out there."
Northernmetal.info :: 10 / 10 :: Kingovfrost
"Hands down, Graveyard Dirt's Shadows of old Ghosts is a milestone. Featuring 3 tracks and spanning 34 minutes, this MCD is as close as to perfect classic doom sounding music one can get."
