Flyweight sticks around the southern hemisphere for week two of its focus on New Zealand artists. This week we feature (best band ever in the world) The Clean!

Centered around David and Hamish Kilgour The Clean formed in 1978 in Dunedin. They became a staple band of the NZ post punk label, Flying Nun with songs like "Tally Ho" and "Getting Older". Their first inception to the US was college hit "Drawing to a Hole". In September 2009, Merge Records issued their most recent album, "Mister Pop".

We'll get to 6 career-spanning songs from The Clean beginning at 6PM this Thursday on Flyweight. But make sure you tune in at 5PM for part two of our Noisyland tribute!

See ya
