I'll be joining hundreds of people expected to participate in the Guts & Glory 5K Walk/Run, Sunday, August 27, 2006 at UCLA. Id like to ask for your support in helping to raise greatly needed funds to improve research and educational programs for the more than one million children and adults suffering from Crohns disease and ulcerative colitis, including my friend Roberto Garcia (aka
Rob Diablo)
Rob was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease in 2002, which leads to an ER visit whenever he experiences a flare-up. There is still no cure and the cause of the disease is also unknown. There is still a lot research to be done especially on treatment (he currently takes 17 1/2 pills a day). I urge you to please support me and my friends as we walk for this great cause.
Can you donate a buck to watch as the Jager King as he runs a 5K at UCLA Campus charity fundraiser? There are 12 thousand of you (and would be more if my ass would sign on - I know, I'm sorry) and if only a tenth of us donate 1 dollar each, that would be $1200! And you'll still have money to buy a bottle of me!
