Ok well my father was buried on Thursday and the stress, since then has been amazing. It just amazes me how the manners of society have deteriorated. People have no clue or are just really really insensitive.

Right after my father was buried his Girlfriends family had to come over and clean her stuff out. An aunt demanded that she write the thanks you cards for her side of the family(she's my mother's sister) even going to the funeral director and telling him to give the card to her, sorry she may be a nice person and has been a great help getting in touch with my mother's side of the family, but she writes like a little kid and it's completely illegible. Yesterday one of my father's tenants told me that if I rent out the apartment let him find the renter, so he can pick one that would be good for him, apparently unclear on the landlord tenant relationship. Course yesterday I got a letter saying a guy would love to buy the house if it's for sale a letter which would have gotten to me on Thursday when my father was put in the ground.

Some good things have been the kindness shown to me by people on here, some of whom i have never met, thank you for everything. Work has also been great. I told them I'm not sure when I can be back since I have a lot of business to take care of plus have to get my uncle set.

On Sunday my father was found dazed and confused outside his house in Somerville. He was taken to Somerville Hospital where they found he had a suffered a brain aneurysm.
He was later taken to Mass General where they did scans and found that at his age and with the blood thinning medication he would not come out of the surgery well if at all. So, I rushed up to Boston(It's really hard to drive with tears streaming in you eyes) and got here on Monday morning when they removed the breathing tube and he officially passed away at 9 in the morning.

He was a good man he worked hard all his life to care for his family and to take care of people. He visited his brother in the nursing home almost every day bring him his mail or the Boston Globe and just sat down and talked with him.

I'm not sure how he felt about me. he really hated me wrestling, but came to see me do it on a local show, I want to thank Jason Ruble for letting me be a part of the NWA-NE show he saw me on. He also hated the fact that I moved so far away from home and often asked me to move back.

I would think he would have been proud of the fact that i did move away and make it on my own not letting myself be lulled into living at home and living off his good will. As I write this I can recall the good times and the bad, the happy and sad. As I look into the past I can't help, but wonder what the future will hold.

Thanks Dad for making me into the man I have become.....

Ok it's been a long time, since myu last blog. So let mee just update you on my life since then.

In December started doing amateur reeffing again, and basically stopped doing the pro for a while. My Pt cruiser died at the end of December so I went out and bought a Toyota Hybrid.

In January still doing amateur reffing gettinng use to the new car and driving 40 miles one way for work. February got tranferred closer to home so now only a ten minute drive to work

In March thing start happening again, My PT crusier was ressurected and now is used a local driving car. I also started working for KYDA pro again. At the end of the month met up with some guys from the UK that I worked with in the past and we did a wrestling tour.

I picked them up in New York and from there we proceeded to Boston, MA. I got to spend some time with my family and we did a few training sessions with Spike Dudley. We spent a week there then took off for Toronto, Ontario, Canada where we worked for PWA. We had a great time there everyone was nice and hospitable. From there we went to Indiana and worked for USAW. Then to Detroit for WM. an experience not to be missed. After that I returned to NY dropped them off and then came home.

As for the trip, after 3000 miles on a new car yah, Made my debut in Toronto and Indiana, also seemed to stoke the wwrestling fire back up. I was getting a little stale, but now have gotten the fire back a bit. I also leanred a few interesting things: Piles stink, according to one of the Birts Jesus wasn't Jewing he was ginger and Goddish, don't ask em what that means that is a direct quote BTW. Also don't hit the Canadien Boarder during mid-day.

OK in April I returned to MCW and took on the Freak. I also continued to work for KYDA and worked for EAW in their debut show. May is getting really busy I am working 2 times a week for the next month or so.....

So in a year I was going to wind down a bit things seem to be picking back up.

Ok it's been a long time since my last blog. SInce then a few things have happened been up to Boston to visit mia familia. They seemed to be good. Also saw the Departed while I was up there. It's a great movie plus they use my entrance music as the theme. So together it gets 4 bodyslams...

Anyone hear the new Friendly's commercials? They're promising a happy ending with the purchase of the new dinner menu...Now do the waitresses give the happy ending or do they bring in experts(I'ld hate to think of the same people handling the food and other things? Isn't it a health code violation? Won't the seats be all sticky after your dessert? I hope someone has though of these. Important questions we need to know.

At a recent show a worker told me I wnet to far by asking a woman if they were real(referring to her big jiggling breast) this same worker earlier in the same evening said a guys mother was choking on the workers balls... Now seems to me in the big picture my remark was less offensive, but hey that's just me.

Amateur wrestling season has officially started, so right now my attention goes to that(I'm an amateur referee) shows basically come in second place. The kids come first, plus it pays a lot more. Anyway did my first match tourney on Saturday, some of the kids were good others tried hard and some had me scratching my head trying to figure out what they were trying to do.

After the New Year got some things a happening that will make it a really interesting year.

I was having a conversation with a friend the other day and he made a comment which made me think. TV shows now a day don't really have great opening theme songs. Now a day besides I think "Friends" and "Malcolm in the Middle" no one can remember the theme song of most TV shows.

Think back to old tv shows most people now can even recite the lyrics to "Gilligan's Island", "Happy Days", "Laverne and Shirly". "Cheers" , "the Brady Bunch", "The Flintstones" ect. Or even the instramentals of "Hill Street Blues", "Mission Impossible", "Mork and Mindy", Ect...

While the TV shows are good and can be really interesting and intense. Why is it they can't really get music to fit the show. Hey if they do the show might actually grab viewers and keep them, and if not at least the show will be remembered for the theme music.

Ok, went to a show last night and had a good time. The interesting part of the night came when I was talking to a worker who I worked in another fed with. They will be starting to run shows again soon.

Appearently he said he though I had been fired from the promotion, which was news to me. He said that due to an incident that happened last year I was let go.

Now, the incident in question happene when I was practicing with a green guy and he got a little froogy and decided to start shooting on me. Litttle old me did the best to defend myself and ended up choking him out. After that we had a pretty good practice working a few spots.

The promoter wasn't exactly happy about what went down, but never implied that I was fired or should resign. The promoter even offered me some dates which I had to turn down due to having to work my day job.

I asked the worker who told him I have been fired, he said he couldn't remember, but that it had gone through the promotion. So, just goes to show you don't listen to everything you hear in the biz unless you talk to the horses mouth. SOmetimes this business resembles a soap opra.

It..s been a while since I..ve written one of these. So, here are just some random thoughts which have occurred to me over the past few months:

On my trip to Boston in August:
!. Brighams Ice cream is the best. Why can..t I get it in DC? What happened to all the Brighams restaurants?

2. Papa Gino..s great pizza.

3. Why was the tunnel closed? I want to drive in it and see if I could catch a souvenir.

On wrestling:
You know you have done a great promo when people still razz you about it a year or more later....

Well that's just about it for now. Let me know what you think....

OK, well life has been going at a weird pace May just passed me by. Worked a show for George South's EWA which was great had a really good time with them.

My car died on monday. The starter broke, so couldn't goto work.

There have been 12 more road accidents, since my last accident report.

Now, I talk a lot in my blogs about driving, probably because I spenda minimum 40 hours on the road a week without a wrestling event. If I'm doing a show that week it could easily top 60-80 hrs. People who have ridden with me knwo that I practically live in my car.

So some things I've noticed that may cause road rage or accidents in general....

When you are getting on the ramp onto a highway and you're able to see the oncoming traffic and the cars in front of you don't accelerate to match the speed of the oncoming traffic.

Slow drivers in the left hand lane or express lanes. Rule of thumb for people not sure what lane they shoudl be driving in, if you are passing another vehical you should be in the right lane, if you are going slower than the traffic in the regular lanes why take up space in the fast lanes. If you are being passed by bicycles stay at home.

On the wrestling front a few of my olod promotions are going to be starting up again soon so I should be working a lot more during the summer. Also, looking into putting together a tour of the UK for the end of september early october.

First I want to wish everyone a happy 4:20.....
Second check this out: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/12405053/

Don't you hate it when the national news media steals ideas for stories from your blog...

Anyway worked for OCW last night in WV. LAnded on my head threw my back out, the match was going ok until then. On the way there was held up because of a car accident on the road. Now, what the hell is going on here this is the 6th time this week a car accident has held me up.
Last Wed a major accident closed I-66, causing me to miss last weeks show.
Then Thurs a major accident closed I-95 causing me to be a half hour late to work. It happened at 4:30, but was still blocking the highway when I went to work at 9pm.
On Friday a minor accident on I-95 caused a slow down as people just had to watch.
Saturday an accident closed one lane of the Bay Bridge.
Monday a major accident in the HOV lanes closed them down during the morning rush.
Then yesterday a minor accident closed down one lane of I-81.

I know it's getting warmer, but does the heat really affect people's ability to drive that much? This is getting pretty ridiculous. Every time I go somewhere now I have to build in another 30-60 minutes in case of accident in addition to the 20-30 I build in for traffic.

Just remember people even though you may be in a hurry to get places. If you get in an accident or a speeding ticket then you will definitely be late. So be safe not sorry.
