Hello friends! After a long slumber I have awakened! I am sorry it's been such a long time since I've written. I've been taking care of a lot of stuff and working in my studio a bunch! I have some great news- The Chaos in Order has finally been released in the UK and Europe and it is featured in a bunch of Itunes Stores (on the front page!!) there so go out and get a copy if you haven't already! I hope to get over there sometime early next year and support the release : ) I miss seeing everyone at shows!!! I promise we'll be out there again soon-Also, I'm super excited about how the ep is coming out and it's so close to being done!!!!! Much love, shana

Hello everyone,
I'm so excited i'm going tot he uk on thursday to start mixing the new LGS ep with our new friend Dave Lynch who's label in the UK, Izumi Records, will one of these days will be putting out the full length too.  I didn't know what to expect when we started working on these songs.  some of them weren't even going to be the real versions, just demos-but I must say Mr. Lynch has come up with some really cool stuff.  And i got to record on the piano i grew up playing in Miami where lots of sailboats passed by in the background. sweet :)
the songs sound a little different from the record i think.  i hope you will like them.

Hello, lots of news.....We Get Along is going to be featured on MTV's the Real World Brooklyn this Wednesday at 10 pm at the end of the show so check it out. And MOST IMPORTANTLY!! You may have noticed we haven't been playing shows...LGS is working on an EP with 5 new songs!!! We will keep you updated and let you hear a sneak peak when they are all done.  And a big THANK YOU to all of you who have bought the chaos in order!  It's so nice that it still selling after all this time!!!  much love :)

I am very excited cause our friends the Deadly Syndrome did an amazing remix of Icicles.  Check it out in our songs section and... The Age of Rockets remixed "Come Home Safely" which they called "Come Home Dangerously."  I absolutely love how it came out.  You can check that out on our new LGS remixes page at www.myspace.com/lgsremixes I hope you like them!!

Hi everyone-
Listen to the radio tonight in LA!
Tune in to Indie 103.1 for the Check One Two show from 6-8 pm to hear the brand new remix of Sideways AND
tonight on KROQ 106.7, Kat will be kicking off the local show with it at 9. The remix was done by Asa Taccone who is a super rad producer who did the music for "Dick in a Box" and some other incredibly cool stuff. We just put the remix up on myspace so listen away!!! And if you are interested in purchasing it, it should be up on iTunes in the next week.

Hi Everyone,
So we finally arrived home safely after 6 weeks on the road!!! Lots of exciting stuff happened and it was super fun hanging out with Elvis Perkins and the Dearlanders.  We already miss them!

Some news:
The kind folks at Grey's Anatomy decided to use another LGS song on the show....
"Better Off" will be on tonight's episode (April 26)-so tune in and check it out!

Also, we are very happy to announce that we're finally having a record release party on Thursday June 7 at the Troubadour!!!!  Check back for details.
